I've never received such good service from a bank as I did in this branch. Moe, Glenda and the branch manager went out of their way to help me with a transfer I needed done quickly. They knew exactly what they were doing and communicated frequently through the process. Thanks very much!

No Clear Communication between Credit and Consumer Banking. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1986 when they took over Crocker Bank. I've had my husband open accounts with Wells. Generally, it's a good bank. I have a line of credit and asked for an increase. Just for background, my income (without my spouse) is in the high 6-figures, low credit card debt and a credit rating of 789. I walked into this branch and Marlon Beaver told me I would have an answer by the morning. Nothing happened in the morning. Instead, I'm calling in the afternoon, but Marlon was at lunch. So I called the 800 number listed next to my account information. Ending up getting transferred from one person to another trying just to get a status. Their "credit manager" stated they don't do increases, i have to apply for a new line of credit. I circled back to the banker who tells me they are asking for documentation. So (1) I have to chase the banker down; (2) Now they want more information. Marlon doesn't know he can't ask for an increase or maybe they're wrong and he's right. Here's when I lost faith. They asked what I wanted to do. The answer is neither. If they don't know which way is the right way, I shouldn't have to hazard a guess on the best way to go. In my opinion, that's what my banker is there to help me navigate. Marlon explained that credit and consumer banking don't do things the same way. Well, apparently there's no communication or standard process in place to streamline service to a customer. Wells, when your story changes depending on who you speak to it's doesn't bode well for consumer confidence.

I used to this location all the time because it was convenient but I stopped going to this location because every time I came both ATM machines are down and it says "out of service". I called customer service and nothing was done about it because it is still out of order after they close.

I went in this afternoon to close my account. The guy who actually closed the account for me asked why I was leaving them. I said something referring to their recent bad press (trying not to point out that it's actually bc they employ crooks), and then mentioned something about moving to a local bank. I didn't expect an apology or anything along those lines bc the guy was less than professional. However this dude turns on the most absurd little attitude and begins to act very holier than thou, directing me to a teller to receive my funds and then admonishing me for trying to swipe my card for an account that was already closed. I always question those who have chosen customer service as their deal but then act like they're doing the customer a favor. This type of service is indicative of the situation Wells Fargo now finds themselves. As another state today cuts ties with the bank, I have to thank this douche for making me 120% positive I made the right move. Go in and see this guy while he still has a job, he wears a pocket square and reeks of poorly directed pomp.

Wells Fargo keeps charging fees when they promised that the accounts would be free (on certain conditions, which I have met) and I have to go in to the branch every time I notice it to request reversal of the fees (because they would not do this over the phone). Yes, they reverse the fees for me when I request, and I appreciate their doing so, but why should they make that service necessary in the first place? I would expect better service from an institution of this size and magnitude.

ATM closed when bank closes. Epic, enormous, huge fail. This review is not reflective on the people in the bank, strictly their ATM that apparently holds a 9-5 job and checks out to go home along with everyone else at 5pm. What is the purpose of an ATM again? Oh, that's right, to allow me to bank when the bank is closed. I'm going to have to switch banks because of this. It's been like this since they moved from across the street, when they had 24hr ATMs. Goodby Wells Fargo.
