Have to say, there's a love hate relationship here. I love how I'm feeling after working out here, but hate the way I felt at the beginning! Now I feel like I can rise to the challenge and finish the workouts! Love this!!

After Covid, I gained a few pounds. As I'm sure, many did... I felt insecure about my figure and it was extremely boring and difficult to keep a consistent schedule at a traditional gym, but at B&S Fitness, the work outs are always different, fun, and intense. Never a dull moment. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. I could not have asked for a better trainer. I have seen so much progress and gain since I first started 6 months ago. I am confident now. If you need a meal plan, morning/evening classes, weights/cardio, track physical progress, they have it. The best part is that Jade works with you if you want to achieve a certain goal or look. Coach Jade pushes you to better yourself and exceed your own expectations. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, these classes push you in every way possible! It can be scary to try something new, but everyone is welcoming and kind. I have seen so much improvement in my physical appearance, form, strength and diet. Jade and Andrea take the time to help you in any way they can!

Joined this gym in July 2018. It has exceeded all my expectations. Great classes for beginners all the way up to advanced. I needed the motivation and praise i get from Body & Soul fitness. Classes are hard but worth it. I Never leave the gym feeling unsatisfied with myself.

Where do I start!? Coach jade is constantly helping me achieve and surpass my fitness goals. I love the work out environment he has created. I also love the people that go to the gym there too. They’re a great group of people who love to push each other and help each other out. Extremely positive and motivating. I’d recommend this place to anyone. You get what you put into it!! I joined this gym about 6 months ago. I couldnt be happier with my results. Coach is just what i needed. Firm but compassionate. Will take time to help correct form and motivate when needed. Im pretty lazy so having someone there motivating helps me a lot. Plenty of classes and class times to accommodate my job. Classes are fun, intense, and a great workout. A bunch of different classes from cardio based to heavy weights depending on what i need at the time. Gym has the ability to track heart rate and calories burned via myzone!! Awesome new edition. I can't thank them enough for all the help on this fitness journey

Because, pizza. It's been about three years since I've done a dead lift, snatch, and even a box jump. Tired of being what I like to call "sexy fluffy", my husband and I joined Body & Soul Fitness after the owner moved to the newest location. Coach Jade Reyes is supportive, knowledgeable, with the right balance of understanding and calling you out on your laziness. My husband and I have been with this gym for about a month and we've already noticed a difference in our energy levels, our physique, and the amount of pizza we can consume a week without feeling guilty.

I joined in May of this year & I am sooo glad that I did. The classes are tough but so much fun. The trainers keep you motivated! There's all types of ages and body types!

This place is outstanding. Went in for Spartan training and it was awesome! They have a lot of obstacles to train on and high energy! Knowledgeable friendly people running it! Coach Jade is amazing! Great facility, highly recommend!

The instructor always changes it up and makes it fun. Intense!! But still fun. I've been to allot of gyms and this is one of my favorites. I definitely recommend checking it out.
