“My overall experience at this place was excellent. Leonard really did a great work. He fixed my dodge charger and now it looks super clean. Their price is very affordable. I got estimate from 2-3 other shops and Dent Boyz gave me the best deal. They did amazing job with affordable price. Leonard said my car will be ready in 2 days and he kept his words and finished all work in 2 days. I am very impressed by their work. “This review would have been 3 stars, but they've never been a problem till now. Repair was done well and in the timeframe that was quoted. Customer service was an issue. I've had 7-10 repairs done there at least over the last decade, but this time they had me make an appointment for the estimate. I heard nothing for days. Then I called to ask what was going on and they said I needed to sign to authorize them to order parts (why wasn't that done at the time of the estimate?) They said they would email the paperwork and I could scan and return it....waited a few days and that never happened. I then had to go into the office again to handle the paperwork portion in person. We dropped off the car and the repair was done in the timeframe quoted and at the right price, and done well, I just don't understand why it was so difficult to get the ball rolling in the first place.”
“Here in the waiting room while they grab some things out of the car for me because my son's "just a small dent, mom" is more than likely a total loss. You can tell a place is well managed when all the employees are friendly and happy. If I ever have any repair needs, I highly recommend this place. They were incredibly nice even though my car was a total loss and they got nothing out of it. I can't imagine how great the service would be for a customer who's actually paying lol”
