“These folks did an excellent diagnostic on the heavy vibration caused by the drive shaft on my 2004 Toyota Pick-up Truck. I spent thousands taking it to other places with horrible results. Owner Ken went to work immediately on removing the drive shaft and getting his excellent staff to balance it--all within two hours. Good clean work; reinstalled and I test drove before I had to pay for the job--nobody's ever done that! Extremely fair price; would recommend to everybody--and I'll make the four-hour round trip again any time I need to balance or rebuild the motor (probably my next big job). The whole crew was polite, knowledgeable, good phone service--rare to find such enthusiastic, hard working, and successful shops like this any more.”

“My overall experience at this place was excellent. Leonard really did a great work. He fixed my dodge charger and now it looks super clean. Their price is very affordable. I got estimate from 2-3 other shops and Dent Boyz gave me the best deal. They did amazing job with affordable price. Leonard said my car will be ready in 2 days and he kept his words and finished all work in 2 days. I am very impressed by their work. “My daughter went to autozone on Mitchell rd and purchased a/c stop leak and detector, and the detection kit, and can tap but forgot hose. Then she found a hose from a previous can of refrigerate. So. I told her to take tap can dispenser back neither of us opened it. She attempted to take back but there was tape on package that neither of us noticed and sales person didn't notice at time of purchase. They refused to refund saying we opened it and taped it back. Basically calling us liars. Won't be going here ever again.

As of 4/23/24 my issue was finally resolved. Received a call from Nestor who listened to what I had to say and took care of me shortly after talking with him on phone. Thank you for helping me.”

“This review would have been 3 stars, but they've never been a problem till now. Repair was done well and in the timeframe that was quoted. Customer service was an issue. I've had 7-10 repairs done there at least over the last decade, but this time they had me make an appointment for the estimate. I heard nothing for days. Then I called to ask what was going on and they said I needed to sign to authorize them to order parts (why wasn't that done at the time of the estimate?) They said they would email the paperwork and I could scan and return it....waited a few days and that never happened. I then had to go into the office again to handle the paperwork portion in person. We dropped off the car and the repair was done in the timeframe quoted and at the right price, and done well, I just don't understand why it was so difficult to get the ball rolling in the first place.”
“I have had a few Vehicles repaired by Mr.Ochoa they take pride in there work as for the wait parts they are very difficult to find most parts and thats under-stable I Prefer to wait then take it to any other shop. both the father and son are Absolutely nice in every manner and my cars came out perfect to the .”
“Always take a book or bring extra money till vehicle is finished. All employees in shop are knowledgeable. I shopped around and bought small items in the store. Would give a five star BUT gal ringing up your bill was a snot! If not for all others being so helpful would have rated auto with five stars. Guess you can say She Blew It!”
