I had a break and I had to rush to the store on a Sunday and I was very fortunate to have Betty. Not only did she upgrade me on my Sim, but she actively listened and fixed my network problem in the town where I work so my phone would
have a better signal better really extraordinary service given the times that we live in.

Betty helped me out today, and omg she was amazing. Her customer service is 10/10. She helped me activate my phone and basically did it all for me. She deserves a raise and such a kind-hearted person. Thank you Betty for everything.

A couple of years ago I received an email to come in for a free phone, so I did. The girl told me she looked it up and it wasn't for the free phone, but the one below it, so I took that phone. She was nice, but if they offer a free phone they should honor that.

Signed up for the EBBP program for the hotspot, the data works for the first month till it's used up, now there isn't more data for the next month cycle. No one has helped fix this problem.
