I've been here 2 yrs and my rate is still the same as the 1st day I moved in. Last place I was at raised my rate 3 times in 6 months and the last 2 times without any letter or text or email, smoke signal, telegraph, nothing. Since it was on auto-pay they thought I wouldn't notice... I moved out that week. FYI it's that place on the frontage road between Ceres and Keys. I went from there to here and I haven't been happier with any storage I've ever had. The gates are open 24 hrs. You gotta enter a code, they're not wide open. I've known other 24 hr places to have all sorts of undesirable individuals running amuck. That's not happening here. This place is secure, clean, affordable, the staff is friendly, and communicative. Theres a free moving truck for new customers and carts to move stuff around once youre here. They also have bottled water, coffee, and snacks in the office... Oh, if you come here, tell them Jason sent you, because, yeah - they do referral credits too.

I have been renting my unit for about four years now . The customer service is great and I love that it's open 24 hrs . It'
always feels safe no matter what time I go . I give Heritage Storage 5 star rating because it deserves it.. Thank you Fairview Heritage Storage for meeting all my needs.

I have been renting with heritage for about a year now I really have no complaints. I like that I can go anytime day or night that is so much more convienent for me. I would rate them with 4 and half stars

It was easy to do. They were friendly and helpful through the hole procedure. 24 hour gate access is very accommodating. Sometimes I need to go late and I am able to do so.

WARNING BEFORE YOU STORE WITH HERITAGE! We got robbed at Heritage Self Storage Ceres on Fairview Ave! We been with them since they bought Ceres Self Storage a few years ago. Despite their website saying that they are a "secure" storage facility, they have no security guard on duty at any time, including after hours, and the office is only open 3 days per week 10am-5pm, they also do not have a protocol in place for when a robbery occurs. Heritage Self Storage has done nothing to help us, not even offering a discount, so we are paying full price even though our most valuable stuff has been stolen. We were robbed at the beginning of December yet they can't even tell us exactly when the robbery occured. They are not doing their job. Here it is April and still nothing!
