If you want honest and excellent service, I highly recommend them! Jorge provided clear communication and facilitated the process in getting my new windshield faster than expected. He was very helpful of answering any concerns I had; this place will surpass your expectations.

Super pleased with the work and time of repair. Reached out a few weeks ago needing replacement and Jorge was by far the most affordable and honest. He offered to come on a Friday evening and do the repair, unfortunately coming to do the repair the new glass had broke but he was more then willing to give me my money back for time being and even came back the following day first thing to fix it with a new window. Highly recommended!

George, the owner, is friendly and likes to be helpful. I will not say he is dishonest, but after questioning him about four times concerning re calibration of the safety camera on the windshield, and having him indicate that he could take care of it, he did not follow through. He installed the windhield the next day after calling him, and did a good job with that. I had to go to Don's Mobile Glass for recalibration where they said the camera was just dangling in the holder and the cover had been broken and superglued back together. I paid for a new cover and had to be reimbursed by insurance for the re-calibration. If you have the safety features in the windshield I would not recommend Certified. If it is just glass make sure you have all the details worked out.

I called Saturday after having trouble getting anyone to come replace a back window of my husbands car after it was broken into. Jorge was so nice and friendly and was able to come out a Monday. He did a fast effective job the window looks great it works great. He even cleaned the glass out the door which I appreciated so much.
