This place was recommended by a friend which does many transactions with them. But the people there don't know we know him. I would say go straight to DMV because the lady there is not helpful literally doesn't even greet you at the door so unprofessional. Maybe their like that only with females. Your asking questions and she doesn't give you any other options or try to inform you like she's rushing you out the door. Such a waist of time. I will not go there ever again.
