La-Z-Boy I would like to give credit where credit is due. I would like to extend a sincere, thank you to Michael at the La-Z-Boy store in Modesto California. Michael, you showed my husband and I that you truly have earned those awards that are hanging in your store.
Now going through the channels, we see that the company Northern California chair corporation is the one who had the manager by the name of Desiree, who showed no professionalism and quite frankly does a disservice to the company.
La-Z-Boy showed their character and where their priorities are with their customers. Thank you again, Michael and those associates around you who helped to resolve this issue the way it should’ve been handled.
La-Z-Boy what a horrible excuse of a company. Friends and family let me tell you a story. A couple months back. We bought a chair for Tom ❤️ a new rocking recliner. He’s been looking for months and found this one at lazy boy.
We didn’t have the chair for a month and the chair was making creaking sounds and popping. We thought maybe had to be worked in. Nope. While Tom ❤️ was sitting in the chair, we noticed particles falling off from the leather that was being scratched off from the base and then the spring popped write off! . La-Z-Boy sent out a tech and he even rolled his own eyes, knowing what kind of product he was dealing with. He put in new parts that took an additional month and a half because they lost the parts and didn’t know where they got delivered to. Finally, the tech put a new base on and springs and was on his way. Not three weeks later the spring broke again. Tom ❤️ called lazy boy customer service and got a product manager by the name of Desiree on the phone. Desiree was rude and disrespectful. She was accusatory and even went as far to ask my husband how much he weighed! We went to the store and talked to the manager, escalated it to another gentleman. And then to a VP and have gotten no where!
Needless to say the customer service and the quality of these chairs go hand in hand. They are absolutely horrible! Do yourself a favor and do not even entertain to buy from Lazyboy. You will be sadly disappointed and will spending way too much money on a product that is poorly made.

“We purchased a new sofa in store and the process was extremely fast and painless. They had a large selection in store including several items I’d seen online. We had the help of Yerman who answered our questions and helped us finalize everything. Estimated delivery is about 2 weeks. All in all great experience.”
“Every time I go in the staff is very friendly and helps me find everything I need. There's almost too much to choose from as they have every light and fan combo you could ever want. We recently bought some bathroom lights and they really upgraded the guest bathroom. I always love going in and seeing what is new.”
“They have so much stuff for crafts and home decor. Plan on spending at least an hour or more if you've never been to a hobby lobby and crafting is how you use your spare time. Their regular prices are not terrible but they always have great sales throughout the store. I do wish they would bring back the 40% off coupon they used to offer...that was amazing.”

My husband and I were completely new to the Sleep Number concept, so, she took extra time to explain the products, available options and features, and helped us test out numerous beds. She also made fantastic pillow recommendations, including a wedge pillow that was perfect for my hubby, it's been a game-changer for his sleep. If you are in the market for a new bed, you should definitely go visit this Sleep Number store!”

“Right now they have fall decorations so the whole store smells like cinnamon apple. They're also putting out their Christmas decorations which feels a little rushed (it's july) but at least you can get a head start on buying them I guess lol”

“Super friendly guy , I was was not having much details about the types of blinds, he explained me in detail and helped in choosing the suitable ones living and all the bedrooms. Service is also very good was facing some problem with integrating hub for Alexa , he came and fixed that one as well”

“We don't go in here enough. I forget about some of the great stuff in the food isles. I bought a Tabasco sauce I never tasted before and a couppe other items. My wife wants a new set if dishes and we found a set she really liked.

Front end manager was very helpful with my questions as well as walking me over to the section that I needed to find what I am looking for. The service was great and the door greater ,greated us the minute we stepped in the store. Over all the store was clean andbthe staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. It is a little pricey, but if you keep an eye out for the sales then it's really worth it. They also have the best sachets around.”
