They just get your information and put it in their computer. These tax agencies are not full time employers people don't on their side if you're looking to get information on how to do taxes don't come here. If you want them done and don't need any information come here. Charged me 150 but I used a new costumer coupon

not worth the money unless you are a new customer every year after the first time the amount is basically double for the same type of return has when you were new to h&r. the refer a friend is a joke why would i refer a true friend you would charge them double later which means the friend would be mad at me and the office staff lies how much it costs

I give it one star for its location! Haa! I had to reach for that one. I brought my taxes in, told then my tax scenarios, on order to get a price. First the lady said it's $300, then raised it to $350, then $375 all less than 10 minutes. Stated it would be so involved even though I had all the necessary categories all ready written in for her. I told her I would not pay more than $300 because it's really not that involved. Later the next day I get a call that she priced my taxes at $425.00, and guess what she took a standard deduction!! She had made this play because it was the Saturday before the due date of Monday. I told her I could have did a standard deduction myself, and I'M NOT PAYING!! She had already told me what my refund was, sooo...I picked up my taxes prepared them the next day in very short time mind you. And around the same refund amount she gave me! They lack business ethics and are basically trying to see just how much money they can get out of you! Gouging R US, that should be there business name! NEVER USE THEM!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Showed up on the only day I get off during the week office hours says open 9 AM to 7 PM and no one was there guess I'll go some where else
