My aunts car has been at this place for almost a year and the guy hasn’t even moved the car. The guy promised my aunt it would be ready months ago and it not. We went to look at it today and now there is a dent in her driver door when there was no marks or dents on it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!

I got the pleasure of hanging out with John while he did my smog test. I'd much rather give my hard earned money to this ma and pa place than the big corporations. His price was the best in town for a smog, just saying.

This place is the best place for anyone's car. The owner John is the best, he knows his craft in and out. He does amazing work and he is prices are second to none. Hands down best mechanic I've ever come across.

John is a very good mechanic who is patient, kind, and trustworthy. Took my Toyota Camry there for oil constantly leaking to which I thought needed an expensive CV axle, but John explained that the issue was instead very minor and a quick fix at a very fair price! Much lower than having the CV Axle replaced like I was told by other folks! After much time driving, the car runs beautifully and I have a peace of mind. All the reviews here are spot on. Definitely recommend to any folks in the area looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

John is the ONLY person other than my husband that has worked on our cars after the warranty is expired for well over 20 years now. I can always trust that his diagnosis is honest and fair pricing, never a surprise when I get the bill. If he can't fix it or if it is not worth the cost to repair, he will tell you straight up. He IS VERY busy, because he is VERY GOOD! We are blessed to have him so close, don't know what I would have done all these years without him, probably keep buying newer cars under factory warranty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Any I hear a friends ask for suggestions for a mechanic, I heard John at Jack’s Automotive. When we needed a new clutch on our Corolla, we went to Jack’s. He does honest, competent work at a fair price. He’s pretty busy (because he’s amazing), so don’t expect super quick turnaround, but it’s worth the wait!
