There the sweetest co workers i’ve have ever gotten, and honestly most cleanest kfc i’ve have ever been in.overall i love there customer service, and lack of speed they put into every order I have seen.

As a traveling salesman I try to get a hot meal wherever I can. Today I walked into this kfc and was amazed by the cleanliness. I was politely greeted by Aow she had a manager title under her name badge. She was very friendly, polite, and quickly rang up my order. Short after I was served a delicious hot meal. The entire experience was much more than I expected at a fast food restaurant. I will definitely come back here next time I am in town.

All I can say is WOW!! Well done KFC Ceres. I’ve logged two complaints in the past, but today I have to say WELL DONE! Your service has improved so much lately. Today I ordered and paid online. When I got there one of the ladies called out my name and actually acknowledged that she was busy packing my order. I’n not sure if it was the manager who then came and double checked my order, but I think it was. I have to say KFC Ceres is in good hands! The food was absolutely delicious and everything was fresh and hot! Thank you KFC Ceres.

Came into KFC tonight as the drive through line was a bit longer than I expected and my car ac being out I'd enjoy the cooler air. As I walked in I was greeted by two very nice gentleman that we very friendly and helpful as they pointed out they had new kiosks to order from if I would like to try them. I then was also greeted by a very awesome, Friendly, kind, and funny young woman. To whom I learned later was their new manager. She came all the way from a different state to work there as well. Which I think is Soo awesome! She and every other employee there literally had the absolute best customer service hands down that I have ever experienced any where in the central valley!! I finished my order and chatted a bit with their employees as I waited for my food and all of them were super funny, friendly, chill, all while working hard and still doing their job and multi tasking by talking with me as their customer. I then finished up chatting a bit with them just explaining how I recently dropped a few drinks in the past from a flimsy cup holder at a different restaurant before and laughed about it. I said goodbye to everyone as they waves back smiling and laughing. Then I walked out the door carrying my food and drinks and took literally ONE STEP and BAMni dropped BOTH CUPS FULL OF SODA all over the ground! I walked back in totally embarrassed, and the employees helped me out again without any hesitation and hooked me up with a replacement! They even carried them to the car for me and walked me out to my vehicle. I literally cannot be more thankful for such great customer service and amazing hospitality! These employees work so hard and they still fund it to be kind and helpful to others when working with the public can be grueling! I as a server for over 12 years know this all too well. However, I left there extremely happy and definitely will be a returning customer! Their atmosphere was so inviting, open, peaceful, welcoming, joyful, and clean. If you want to have a good meal, great company, a good laugh, and the best customer service you've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant, I highly recommend coming to this KFC!! Thanks again KFC you guys are the best!!

This kfc location has terrible service! The employees are rude and have absolutely no manners. They never have what you order. And what they do have, is old and dry chicken. The other Ceres location is a little bit farther from us, but that's our kfc go to spot. A Chick-fil-A would be great here!!

Hands-down the worst KFC in Northern California! They never have mac & cheese ready…Always a 5-10 minute wait and nobody is there…. They need better management. Don't waste your time! Go to the one on Hatch Rd & Mitchell instead.
