“I had an appointment for labs and when I was called on time I was treated quickly with respect. The Phlebotomast was kind and made me comfortable while I was in and out of my testing.”
“The complete lack of a human receptionist would have totally baffled my 95 year old mom but luckily I was there with her to figure out the screen-only check in. Once we got inside we were served and out within 15 minutes, a completely unique experience for me. The staff was great. My only quibble, again, is check in screens, which to me always seem like a measles outbreak waiting to happen, especially in a medical office.”
“I am a repeat client so aware of the procedures for booking an appointment well in advance and check in has gotten a bit easier. I still think a receptionist would be a much better situation as I watch people come in and need help.”
“I took my 6 year old daughter to get blood work done and the three ladies were really nice. My daughter was nervous at the beginning since it was her first time getting blood drawn, but they made her feel comfortable and everything went smoothly and she was happy. Thank you so much!!”

“Desire is amazing , I got no notification of an office being closed down in Modesto. With redirection to Turlock & no paperwork desire got the job done. I appreciate her effort on helping me out, I had to get off work early and it would be a disappointment if I had to reschedule. Thank you for being the A team , she was a one person crew.”

“This was my 2nd visit here. I have been in and out in less than 10mins. My appt was at 730am and was out at 735am. Offcourse if you don't have appointment, than will take longer just like any other place. The staff are always nice and greet with a smile.”
