“I went to this MetroPCS location 1-12-23 because I had a issue with my account when I walked in I was greeted and then ask what can I help you with I then inform them that I had an issue with my account and that I needed to get it fixed I have been to other Metro stores that didn't help me but the two girls at this Metro we're awesome they help me with all my issues IAM very pleased with this location if you need anyting they're here to help. I wish I got there names so I could send a shot out to them but I hope this helps thank u to the lady's at metro PCS in Ceres CA”

“Love this store mainly for customer and for this location being really close to home I feel that they totally understand what my needs were and were able to direct me in what phone would best suit my mobile needs also when I had issues with my cell phone that I purchased from them there was a malfunction with the actual motherboard and they were prompt and helping me with getting my replacement phone and helping me out with all the forms and all that and my phone came fairly quickly like within a week's time I got my phone so I was pretty stoked the girls that work there are so helpful and they're fun to be around made my shopping experience two thumbs up.!!!!”
