“Absolutely fantastic! I was hesitant about getting a snake but my daughter has been obsessed from a young age. Jess was amazing! She answered every care concern or question I had. She helped me realize snakes weren't all that bad and we found a little ball python that my daughter fell in love with. She was able to help me get everything I needed for his enclosure and went above and beyond explaining everything. We've had Sam now since February and he is thriving! I can't recommend this place more!”

“Wow, how did we not find this place sooner?!? Staff was an absolute delight! They were all so helpful, kind and friendly. Despite walking in right before closing, we were met with so much positivity and we never once felt like we were a burden. They answered all our questions, took time to print out information sheets about caring for box turtles for my daughter and were very engaging. They have a dog wash that makes it super easy to wash your large dogs! They carry a great selection of quality pet food, treats, medicines, vitamins and accessories!”

“Really great store. Lots of different options like gluten free at really affordable prices! Chips are 5/$1 candy ranges on days from 2/$1 to 6/$1. Soda is super cheap there from Pepsi- $5.50 or $5. They just started accepting EBT so it’s even better to make that money last longer if you have it. I go there for my snacks and vitamins (about 50% off retail)”

She is super knowledgeable on different animals and she knows a lot about the products that they sell, she isn't one of the "just get this and you will be fine" people, she is one who helps you get exactly what you need and gives you great information about it as well. This girl deserves a raise because of how knowledgeable she is and how well she connects with not just me but everyone else who walks in. Give Olivia a raise and make sure she knows we all love and appreciate her working late hours when I forget about my crickets until I get off work haha!!!!!!!!”

“I just wanted to get on here and share my experience since a lot of the reviews are bad. I am not questioning other reviewer's experiences, however, sometimes it depends who you are dealing with and what the issue is. I personally have never had an issue at this store. I recently started taking my puppy to the training classes. I also took my older dog to the training classes about five years ago at another Petsmart and the training is great. The methods used are easy for people to understand and be consistent with even if you don't have a lot of dog training experience. I had success with my other dog, and my puppy has only gone to two classes so far and is learning so well. The employees at this location are very helpful with any questions I have had. I have also returned things here a couple of times with no issues. Of course I had the receipt or proof of purchase on my phone or through my phone number used at time of purchase. I've also used their grooming services and never had an issue. I have had issues with other grooming places where they botched my poor pups haircut. So far the good experiences definitely outweigh the bad, not that I've had any bad ones so far. I just thought that the store deserved some positive feedback. Like any retail establishment, employees come and go, and sometimes certain ones are not the best when it comes to customer service but I think that this location is doing a pretty good job.”
