There is a reason Premier Medical has been in business for over 25 years...they understand the needs of the consumer and are experts at providing care! Thank you for helping me with my mobility needs!

Alan and Brian are amazing! The ALS Association Greater Sacramento chapter couldn't do what we do for patients without their support and expertise.

I don't ever write reviews but after reading these others I needed to say something. I have purchased three wheelchairs from them, I have always been so happy with this company and the wheelchairs I have received. I am in process of purchasing a fourth. Raul is so great, anytime I have a issue with repairs he drives out to my house and helps. Really nice guy. Alan the owner is awesome, hes very friendly and has even loaned us equipment when needed. Nothing but great thing to say about this company.

Dealing with Premier for years and they are wonderful. Unlike some places, they listen instead of trying to steer you into whatever will generate the most insurance dollars. For latest power chair, we told them exactly what we wanted, and they made it happen. Raul kept my wife's old chair overnight and reproduced everything she needed on the new chair, using photos, measurements, etc. Allen will listen and work with you!

Very bad customer service. They do not follow up with the clients regarding status on equipment. I wish we gone with a different vendor!

We are quite new to the medical supply thing with my mom's diagnosis being very recent, so we've been quite unsure. Our doctor recommended an electric wheelchair and we found ourselves interacting with Premier Medical Supply. The first time Alan came around, we sent him back with an unsure response because we were unsure, but he was completely friendly and respectful, answering all of our questions as they came along. The next time he came, he got measurements and dealed with our insurance to get us a power wheelchair, and all that technical office mumbo jumbo. Again, great guy.He showed us the wheelchair he recommended for us, and all the color options. I think the hardest part for me was choosing the color out of the whole process. We went with a nice cherry red. Then, he brought the wheelchair and it was a great piece. Unfortunately, we wanted to use the 300lb chair upstairs, not downstairs. The next time Alan came, he brought along his crew and they dragged the chair up the stairs, and I can say it was not a easy thing to do, but they did it, as well as make minor adjustments they were unable to do the first time with my mom being upstairs and the chair being downstairs. Our overall experience was Premier Medical Supply was great, and if we need another wheelchair, I would definitely recommend them.

Beware!!! Very unprofessional. Wasted 2 months of our time. Stay away or you will get burned. The owner Alan has no regard for his customers he just wants to take you for a ride. We use a lot of medical supply vendors due to our disabled daughter and this company was a complete waste of time and by far the worst we have ever dealt with. The sales rep is the owner so when things go bad you are just screwed.

In my limited experience with Premier (purchase and service of an Invacare Pronto 51 wheelchair), the face-to-face experiences in my home with the sales guys and with the service technician have been 5-star. Unfortunately, whomever handled my recent phone inquiries regarding the need for a service call had me searching for someone else to handle the repairs. Day 1: My first voice mail inquiry went unanswered. Day 8: I called again and got a human who said that if I would fax in a repair prescription someone would get with me to set up a home visit. I sent in the fax right away. ~Day 13: I called and left a voice message requesting a return call to let me know what to expect. By then I expected nothing from dispatch. I went fishing for a different provider but didn't find any local repair dealers for the Pronto who would work with my insurer (United Healthcare-Sutter/Gould). There might be a match around, but I didn't find one. ~Day 20: A repair tech called and came out the same day. Again, a 5-star experience. The fellow was friendly and knowledgeable, though he had to let me know it would take another 2 weeks to return with the required parts and make the repairs. Obviously I don't know where the glitch in the system is, but in 2014 it shouldn't take more than a few days for a factory authorized dealer to receive any needed parts and to get the job done. Bottom line; kudos to the guys in the field and blah to the office and parts source.
