Initially upon arrival the tech told me I had to go get my insurance card.Very big and loud woman didn’t say hello or even acknowledge me when I went to room 3.I was fortunate the second time to get Rebecca.She is friendly helpful and skilled she was really exceptional.

There were older patients there who had no idea how to register once they got there. You expect them ti be tech-savvy? An elderly gentleman was sitting there forever and didn’t know how to register. Great, you saved money getting rid of receptionists and even a window but that is disservice to the elderly and immigrant population and many others populations. This is the opposite of bettering the world. I helped this gentleman arrived there before everyone and received services last. 4 hours shouldn’t be the waiting period. I thought about it too late but I should’ve given him my spot and just made another appointment.

Worst place! Very long waits. had an appointment at 8am I check in and they were behind and many didn't show up for appointment and they still didn't call me in. They should and could have taken walkin for people instead they make them wait for 4 plus hours. Bunch of lazy staffs in Ceres. This place is a waste of people's time.

I was seen by a gal named ?Jen. She was very friendly and informative. She apologized because she said it would be bruised, she was right but not till 2 days later. No worries, no pain. She drew 8 small vials for 2 different doctors.

The nurs help me to check in after 2 hrs waiting I ask the personal wich is my place on the list and gentlemen said I not check in after 2hrs waiting..

Totally inhumane. People who are on fasting are sitting in waiting for 4+ hours. The staff is super rude. They just take appointments and do nothing for the walk in patients. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff and the service. Moreover they are discriminating patients against their ethnicity. Don’t think I would ever visit them again.

Signed in ,waited 40 minutes for them to tell us they were closing early and we werent gonna be seen because they had a meeting they had to go to . Found it very unprofessional that they let us all wait there to be seen and didnt tell anybody they were closing early.

Discrimination against seniors was observed. Clients with appointments were admitted mostly before their actual time ignoring walk~ins. Clients with appointments who were late were also admitted while the walk-ins were ignored. After two hours waiting and being ignored all the walk-ins were kicked out rudely half an hour before the closing time. Bottom line this location doesn't accept walk-ins according to this observation. Discrimination against clients who have no access to internet and mobile phones was observed. The staff was obviously tired and rude and their lack of management , information, and problem solving was unbelievable.

The people here are rude , make you wait so long for them to come outside and give attitude , they don’t even respond polite to the people !
