“My daughter has been attending this preschool for almost two years (started shortly after turning 2). One of the many reasons why I chose this preschool are (1) They are one of the very few preschools (NOT DAYCARES) that accept kids starting at two years old, (2) Full Day Program - Hours of operation are 7 AM- 6 PM, Excluding Fridays 4:30 PM and (3) Security/Safety Of the school site, Locked gates, whenever staff are not present/codes are needed to enter doors.

All five staff members are helpful, Professional, and clearly have a lot of knowledge about working with young children. They are patient, hard-working, attentive, And communicative. As a parent, all of these combined has helped me feel comfortable, leaving my child there while I am at work.

They are fair and reasonable in terms of sending students home for illnesses. I am aware that some preschools/Childcare settings send children home for minor things like runny noses, or sniffles (which happens a lot for toddlers), But I can count on one hand the amount of times my daughter has been sent home in the past two years.

I have the staff to thank for lending a huge hand in the potty training process— They are not lazy and are eager to work with parents to ensure that their child gains independence in the potty training process through consistently and lots of practice; I can remember several times that they were kind enough to wash my child’s soiled clothes instead of sending them home in a bag, soiled.

They consistently work on fine motor skills, age-appropriate academics, social skills, & behavior norms and expectations to truly prepare your child for TK/Kinder.

As a parent, one area of opportunity/ thing I wish was available what is an app/Communication system (i.e. ParentSquare, Dojo) Where pictures are posted regularly so we can see what our children do every now and then, or so we can chat with/contact staff, if necessary, without having to call the school.

All in all, my child loves attending this school, and it has such such a positive tone for the rest of her educational experience. That is priceless.”

Office staff are extraordinary, thoughtful and hard working. Two of my kiddos attended Lucas and I am blessed to have had them learn from wonderful individuals. “Both my kids go here along with my wife's coworker's kids and their cousin. We all greatly appreciate and love this daycare. Yes they get hurt once in awhile but we get ouchie reports each time and the story how. They are well taken care of here and some parents leaving bad reviews need to realize that kids are going to get hurt and don't always get their way which is how they learn sharing, patience, sympathy and the list goes on.”

“My children have been attending this preschool for the past 5 years. My twins attended for 3 years, and my son is currently attending. All of the teachers are amazing and truly care for the children. Brenda (the owner) upholds high standards of care and cleanliness. She listens to all of the parents concerns and takes action quickly. My kids have loved coming here. Teacher Chanelle holds a special place in all of my kids hearts as they grew closest to her. All of my kids are ahead and more than ready for kinder after attending this preschool.”
