“A variety of stores to meet your shopping needs without traveling all over. Plenty of options for grabbing something quick to eat or sitting down to enjoy a meal. Traffic can be heavy at times but it isn't terrible and access to the freeway in both directions isn't far at all.”
“Limited parking and a narrow parking lot in some areas of the front entrance. The parking on the back half of the center, is wide open, usually not full. Overall a historic, beautiful Modesto shopping center. See it for yourself.”
“I shop mainly at CVS pharmacy and the grocery store but there are a lot of the places here in this shopping center. They have a variety of places like as mentioned a grocery store, CVS pharmacy, McDonald's, a smoke shop, phone store, Harbor Freight, Baskin Robbins, a bank, and other restaurants like a Chinese restaurant and huckleberries There are too many stores and too many restaurants to name but a great all around shopping center. Although I highly recommend this shopping center, please be aware that people drive a bit too fast in this parking lot. I recommend you watch out especially in the morning. Always be aware especially if it's raining. It doesn't help that it's the holiday season now so everyone is in a rush. Let's all please slow down, be alert, and be kinder drivers to each other.
