Staff is friendly and storages are clean. I was able to check out the storages to figure out which size I needed. Gidgette is super friendly, kind, and professional and made the entire process of leasing the storage smooth.

We have had three storage units for 14 years. We lost our home in 2011 and our belongings have been in storage at Storquest. There was a name change during that time. The facility is clean and secure. Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate that. My only disappointment is how they raise the rates often. If you are a senior, make sure you stress that when you rent from them. You have to tell them. The starting promo rates are great. It's too bad that they don't give lower rates to folks who have been valued customers for many years. They raised our rates during Covid even. I imagine all storage facilities are the same. It's a shame.
Angela gave me 5 star service, that's why l have 3 units with storquest!!! This place is always clean and well lit at night.

StorQuest in Ceres is one of the place is always clean, secure, and easy to get in and out of. What really makes it stand out is the staff. Ruben was super helpful, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is smooth. If you need storage in Ceres, I definitely recommend this location!

Looked everywhere for affordable storage and this place seemed to be it. 2 or 3 months in they raised the prices up $50. I been paying the raised prices but it's now has gone thru my storage savings.
Like many others, at a low point in my life trying to save what little we have left in a safe place & now about to lose it too. I would recommend you look somewhere with a stable payment plan. I called the 424 number below and they can't offer any help because it's past 30 days from the price raise.
Place is kept clean even when they dont allow you to dispose of a wet box in their trash
trash can, it is monitored and they do maintance pretty fast. Someone broke the fence a bit ago & was fixed immediately but it's not something that triumphs the price raising.

I want to compliment the young lady at the Ceres facility, Gidget. She was extremely helpful, patient, kind and professional. As far as the company itself, I couldn't afford the rate increases and the fact that they came too often.

From the beginning to the end, it was a pleasant experience. The only drawback was electronic signatures, etc. Recent experience I had with electronic signatures, afterwards the document was altered or plain English, it was changed, sadly I didn't have a paper copy and the potential damage could be $105,000. Luckily per the US Government, I have almost 100% perfect photographic memory; electronic documents should be presented in paper form prior to electronic signatures. Match and initial, date, witness present on paper copy. Litigation may follow. Soon to come somewhere. Let it not be your firm. Heads up. No issues thus far.

Unfortunately, it seemed to be a good deal, until two months into the lease agreement. I did a lot of research prior to making my decision. I was given a deal that was comparable and affordable to most other storage units. Two months later, I received an email that stated they would raise my rent by $80.00 now totaling $183.00. It would have been cheaper elsewhere. There isn’t anything fancy about this place. Typical pest and rodent issues, due to the fields behind it.
I thought I would share my experience to help someone else from making the same mistake I did by trusting the front desk. I should have known when they showed me one unit and then claimed they accidentally gave me a different one. I was at a low and they took advantage of my situation.
Now, I’m stuck unless I plan to move everything out to a different location. The plan is to move within the next few months it’s just going to be stressful.
