I am happy with the customer service that I got very friendly and help me out with what I needed but the only thing was that. I think they charge too much for a black and white copy from an email. I got charged $3.50 for just a copy that took them not even five seconds to print I will definitely go somewhere else to get a black-and-white copy

The products exceeded my exceptions, and the customer service was outstanding, I highly recommend this company. Lupe, Rebecca and Ritu had been all but nice, kind and considerate to me and every time I come and recently came 3 times in three days, and the service stay the same excellent. Well I’m here again with another bad experience with the ups store for the same issue.
So when we return things from Amazon, we show them the return code and they return it. Well it wasn’t giving me the option so when I called earlier the lady told me yea just email it and we can print it out it’s 50 cents
So I came in, asked and sent the email. Then was told it’s a 3.00 charge. For 1-15 min of computer time.
She walked over to the computer. Clicked it. Opened up the email. Asked my name. Clicked the email and then it loaded and printed. Less than 20 seconds. So how am I being charged for 1 minute-fifteen minutes if she wasn’t even on the computer for 30 seconds? It’s all on camera. Then they were arguing with me back. Tf. Customer service doesn’t exist here? Then when I asked for their names, they both looked doe eyed like they couldn’t understand the question. I told them I will be calling and showing the video to a manager. Here’s screenshots of them. I’ll be posting the video online. Horrible service. My 15 year old son both said they were rude and that one looked high out of her mind. To be honest they both did but especially the one with the braid.

My favorite UPS Store. Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Rebeca is Awesome and I look forward to seeing her during my store visits.

RUDEST customer service I've ever experienced. The employees had an attitude for no reason. Rolling their eyes at customers, impatient, and their tone of voice while speaking to people were very condescending. Very weird vibe in the store overall. I thought maybe it was an off day. But after going to the reviews it's no wonder they have a very bad score. UPS needs to get rid of whoever is in charge and get all new people working here. It is not a friendly place at all. All three of the workers were sour.

I was given respectful greeting and even though there was a line of seven to 10 people the line moved very smoothly and the staff with respectful and courteous to all customers thank you for a great service and a great store Ceres California

the older, kinda heavier, dark haired woman who works there in the mornings is rude!! She was rude to the customer ahead of me, she was rude when she was training and she was extremely rude during our transaction. told me I “wasted her time”..that’s so rude, she has absolutely no customer service skills and I’m surprised she’s still employed there due to all the negative reviews I’ve read and now since this happened, the things I’ve heard from other people. Our transaction was less than 3 minutes and she says I wasted her time …wow. Def lost my business at this location now. This is I think our third interaction in 2 years and every time it’s been a bad one. This is my second time complaining. The date was today, 3/19. @ approx 8:15am
