I’ve sent an envelope last summer overnight, after a few days of tracking it I found out it stuck in another state for 2 weeks😠. I went to post office to complain, they told me to call the 1-800 #, the 1-800 staff told me to go back to post office & talk to manager, manager said he couldn’t do anything about it 😏. This year March 2025 I sent another envelope wich was supposed to arrive in 3 days, it didn’t I went to talk to manager, he informed me it was stuck in a shipping container, to give it a few days. After a few days, I went back to talk to another manager, she scanned receipt and told me it was still stuck in a container, since they rely on private planes ✈️ to ship their merchandise, they have no control of it. From now on, I won’t be using their services anymore 😠

The long lines without any assistance made the waiting process frustrating. Many customers were just sitting there waiting without any guidance or support. This, combined with the gloomy atmosphere of the place, did not create a positive customer experience.
I believe that improving the customer service provided, particularly in terms of managing long lines and creating a more welcoming environment, could greatly enhance the overall satisfaction of your customers.

Imagine on a Saturday, coming into the USPS office with 7 boxes of media mail to be processed for shipping……My book 24 Chapters was released to to public and these books needed to go to their new homes. Mr. Ivan and Ms. Emily went straight to work, typing as fast as they could to process each envelope. Ms. Emily continued to work the line to keep the customers moving, but in between the customers, she was processing these envelopes for shipping. Mr. Ivan wore out one machine processing all these envelopes we had to move to another machine and we almost wore that one out too! Lollll. There were A LOT of labels being printed VERY quickly because of these to efficient and really kind employees here at this location. There was also another really nice lady who came to gather all the mail and also looked at the machines we had smoke coming out of…..again, just kidding about the smoke, but Mr. Ivan and Ms. Emily were shooting the labels out lightning fast. Between the two of them they were able to process all 7 boxes of media mail and keep the lines moving for all the other customers. These are amazing employees and humans! Thank you USPS for having amazing and quality employees.

I received 2 notices in the mail saying you couldn't reach me to sign for a letter or something. I was home during both these times and never had anyone knock on the door or ring the doorbell. How can I sign if you make no effort to actually reach me? I don't have out of my day to go to the post office and pick it up.

it says delivered in box but it wasn’t and my niegbhor’s do not have the packages, and it happened to me twice and each time it wasn’t the main mail person it was the subtitle person per mail person and supervisor at the Ceres USPS. it’s really clear what’s going on is the person that covers the main person is stealing the packages, please fire that person, because i am not the only one , other ppl have had the similar situation. If you can’t fire them, send them to another location. Get those thieves out of the Ceres USPS. Zero Stars

One of their mail carriers either “lost” or stole my package. Tracking shows delivered but nothing in my box. If they mistakenly put it in a neighbors box they couldn’t even take accountability and knock on the persons door to ask if they have my package, i didnt lose it so no im not going to confront my neighbors and start beef. No sort of help or word or accountability on their behalf. In over 20 years of living at this address and using usps multiple times ive NEVER had a package go missing until you started hiring all these questionable people. Very very unsatisfactory horrible willingness to help. All they did was make me fill out a claim online and leave my contact info. Nothing about talking to the carrier from that specific day or consequences. Must be nice having a job you can frequently mess up at, and still be employed there

This is my second time trying to ship a prepaid package/bag. The first time they wouldn’t print the prepaid shipping USPS slip told me I needed to print it even though is a USPS slip. I came again with the printed slip and now they wouldn’t tape it, said I needed to tape it. This is frustrating and unbelievable that a post office will not print their own packing slips and that will not provide tape for the customers.
