“I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Davinder Sandhu and the incredible team at American Pet Hospital! We have a lively household with three dogs, a cat, and even a rabbit, and finding a vet who can expertly and compassionately care for all of them is like striking gold.
Dr. Sandhu is phenomenal – he's incredibly knowledgeable across different species, patient, and truly passionate about animals. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question (and we have a lot with our diverse crew!), and always makes sure each pet feels calm and safe during their visits. Whether it's routine wellness checks for the dogs, vaccinations for the cat, or specialized care for our bunny, his expertise and gentle approach shine through every time.
The entire staff is just as amazing – warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to see our pets (no matter how chaotic our pack can be when we all come in!). The clinic is spotless, well-run, and they always go the extra mile to make visits stress-free.
We've tried other vets in the past, but none come close to the level of care and trust we've found here. Dr. Sandhu and his team have become our forever vet for our whole multi-species family. If you have dogs, cats, rabbits, or any pet, this is the place – highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I just wanted to come forward with the most honest review about this place. For dealing with the loss of my child hood pet kitty and finding a place to put him down at, going to Monte vista I had a bad experience the vet that I had seen had no sympathy no customer service and just had no emotion talking to me or didn’t care to be there knowing what I was in there for. they quoted me for the cremation and without even taking the actual cremations home it came out too 600$ and with the cremations 700$. I didn’t know what to do I didn’t want my cat to be put down there after what I had experienced. A friend ended up recommending to me to try out canal vet. So I called and scheduled an appointment and when I tell you I’ve never experienced such an amazing experience with a vet clinic. The staff was caring, so understanding, and showed so much sympathy. When I signed to get his cremations the total was only around 430$ including the little box they put him in with his name on it as well and that’s all I was told about. I realized I completely forgot to get his fur or paw print or anything like that and to my surprise I ended up getting a call saying they had his fur there for me when I forgot to ask for it!! on top of that in the mail they sent me a care card with all of the staff’s signatures on it with a heart felt message and my cats PAW PRINT when I tell you this is how every animal facility should treat there customers especially after going through this type of loss I’m beyond thankful for this place to go out of there way to do the smallest things that make their facility so special. thank you so much I wouldn’t have wanted this experience to go any other way.”

“My dogs have been going to Dr.Lacy for many years. My older one is 17. She is very kind and compassionate with my dogs. She does have limited days that she is in. Since I go between 2 different cities, Scheduling can be tricky but she’s worth it. The care she’s given our dogs has been the best.”

“This is a clinic to neuter or spay cats and dogs. Lowest price, in a small efficient facility next to hiway. Over 6 years, have taken in 14 cats and no problems. Seem to do about 20 a day!”
“Wow, I was going to talk about how Dr. Ramirez helped me so much and saved my dog, but everyone already has. I really can't stress enough how helpful he was. I was quoted for an emergency surgery at another vet for 2k + 2-400 in daily visits. Although at Crow's Landing it would still typically be 2k, Dr. Ramirez took my situation into mind and set me up for the surgery at 1k. This seriously saved me, and especially my dog. Thank you!!!”

“Almost a year ago my dog suffered what was diagnosed as a type of stroke. I only ended up at sisk because it was the closest to my home in my emergency. That being said, the entire staff was beyond empathetic, understanding, making what I was thinking would be my dogs last day. Thankfully he slowly came out of it and has made almost a full recovery. The Dr. was extremely explanatory in options and continued care. For this reason, I will be taking him back for an ear issue he's continued to have that the seemingly "top clinic" in Escalon couldn't seem to get a handle on.”

“I cannot say enough about the care and patience of this vet. Dr Singh deserves shoutouts and praise for his quality of care, patience, and clear communication. We live in Hayward and drive out to Salida just to meet with him!
The first time I came to Sisk, Dr Singh, helped take care of my dog who had pneumonia and was not getting good care at other vets. He showed me where my dog would be kept, observed, and how they would diagnose what may be going on. This really helped me feel at ease and comfortable. He also prescribed some antibiotics which really effectively helped my dogs recovery.
The 2nd time I had to get some xrays and do a dental cleaning for zeke. He spent time before the appointment examining his teeth, and addressing my questions about zekes health. Based on that, he suggested we wait for the xrays and more information and then determine next steps.
I have nothing but praise for the work and time Dr Singh has helped me with Zeke. 5/5 stars on service, communication, and trust. Definitely recommend!”

“Dr Silva and the staff there are great. They got my dog in quickly and advised a poop sample for testing in advance of the appointment. Everyone is personable and professional and Dr Silva called the next day to check on Tank and review the test findings. I think he is on the mend and I thank you all for that.
