Customer service was ok but they can improve their wait time period in order to speak with customer service

The fastest experience I've ever had inside of a bank. Plenty of tellers. Line went super fast.

I'll close my account. Asap. There are issues with the ATM machines all the time @ the ceres branch, plus they are charging $12.00 monthly fee, I'll find a bank with NO DRAMA, I hate the unprofessional personnel.
