I usually buy my children's shoes from here every time. This last time that I went with my children I found a worker who was very rude and showed a mean attitude. I asked about shoe sizes for certain shoe brands that I wanted to purchase for my children.. the worker didn't want to help, and he never smiled and also displayed a mean facial feature. I stayed there for 2 hours for the right shoes for my children. I also went up to him to help me but he didn't want to help and he even was telling another female worker to help me which she was rude of him because she was already busy with another customer.I felt uncomfortable the whole time. However the other workers were pretty nice except for that big man. I buy so many shoes from them but now I will stop.

Won't price match, found every shoe I was interested in, cheaper online. Not just at Amazon but also at places like Kohls.
Won't shop here again.

The selection of shoes was pretty lame, also not many larger size mens shoes (12+) so I couldn't find anything that would fit or even looked good.

Was purchasing an item that was on clearance for 60 dollars. Rang up for 200. He said "Are they all tagged like this? ". First of all... not my job to check. But There was another jacket priced the same, which i told him. He then left to go to that rack. Came back with a sweatshirt...and said these are for 60 not the jacket. I said, the other jacket was also for 60, which he did not bring. And he said no, these are 200. He was really rude. Didnt apologize for the mistake the store made. Threw the jacket on another shoe rack. Didnt even give me the option of purchasing it. I am never purchasing here... not getting my business. His name was franky
