Don't buy from here unless you're sure about the shoes you're buying.
This store manager is a liar about the return policy. I called corporate like he suggested and she told me it was up to the in store manager discretion.
I bought a pair of shoes from them and it gave me a blister when I went to have dinner with my family. I haven't even worn it for a full day and came back to return it.
The manager said they only take back items that they can resell and gave me the corporate number.
How would you know how a shoe feels without cutting the tag and wearing it out?
It's not corporate policy. It's store manager policy.

I’ve been in twice and Miles handled my purchase and did an excellent job getting me my military discount. He made sure my Adidas Terrex with Gortex shoes fit well before I left the store. What great customer service! Thank you Miles!

I went to this location recently and had a wonderful experience. Staff was nice, especially the young lady with piercings and shoulder-length hair. She surpassed my expectations at adidas and made the entire process of shopping here extremely amazing! Will definitely be returning to this location!

Came in had the pleasure of working with Ibrahim he was awesome and very helpful. We were able to get exactly what we needed with the proper help and support. I would definitely recommend working with him and is truly an asset to the company. The girl that was at the cashier was very helpful and awesome. Thank you!!

I like to go to adidas stores, I always buy either tennis shoes or sweatshirts, I recommend them to everyone and what is sold in the store is very cheap

I was the second person in line when the store opened. I only have to pick up one online purchase. They took 15 mins to get my order and deliver it to me. Mine was the only one that was a pick up order. Some customers are browsing around, some actually bought something, and some had returned items. I don't understand why one person cannot go to their storage room and retrieve my item, when there are 4 or 5 staff are present. 2 were on the cashier, 2 were on the floor as sales men and 1 was actually talking to a customer. 1 of the sales man was just standing there and the other one looking at his ipad. The store manager/lead employee needs to know how to delegate work to his/her subordinates. Send one employee to the back room and look for my item in under 3 mins. The person who is returning an item can wait. And the people who are browsing doesn't need a baby sitter..... unless they are afraid that those people might shoplift.

I honestly would give them zero stars if I can try returning jersey they said I can't do to not having a tag need a DO to call me no the Gn because I guess she is always busy on lunch

Great service. Miles is amazing, kind and so helpful, He greets and helps anyone in the best way when you walk through that door. Angie was very nice as well. The professionalism is so nice to see. Very much appreciate the service.

I went to that store on 5/16/2022 at 6:30pm to EXCHANGE a shirt there was a short fat Mexican girl at the Cash register.
She asked me so many absurd questions like why the tag wasn't on the shirt so I said to her I can easily tie it back to the shirt if you like !
Then when I was purchasing the other shirt she's asking me if I washed the shirt so I said MAM, I would not wash the shirt and then tried to exchange it because I know your policy!
So I had to pay extra for the shirt that I was exchanging it for that means I was still giving her a sale but yet still she treated me so bad!
The first time I went to that store there were two guys on the floor one of them was black they were so accommodating.
So I decided to go shopping there again but boy did I regret going there whiles that worker was on the floor!
I will never go to that store again at least not when she's there!

I want everyone to understand that when you go into a Retail establishment the best impression employees can make on a customer is their knowledge of their products. I happen to stop into the Cerritos Mall - Adidas Store and was warmly greeted by a young lady at the counter and then this is where the Knowledge fell apart when the young man approach me and I specifically was interested in a good running shoe with good arch support for a narrow foot. The young man had no knowledge and just pointed out the various colors and styles on the shelf and then he disappeared. Then the tide change when the young lady that first greeted me named Jess approach me and again I explained what I was looking for. Right away I could tell Jess was very knowledgeable about the Inventory on hand had a very good understanding of exactly what I was looking for.
So if you go to the Adidas Store in Cerritos Mall ask for Jess, she’s the best.
