I have an employee working from home and her printer stopped working. Being a Samsung I couldn't find anyone to service it. Luckily I found Advanced printers. Apurva helped me find a good replacement and personally delivered and set it up for me the same day. Now I have a company that I can get supplies and service from for my employees working from home. Thank you guys so much.
