Tried their ice cream for the 1st time and loved the Killer Brownie ice cream with waffle cone. So creamy, so chocolatey and so delicious. Absolutely loved it. The waffle cone was nice and crisp too. They have outdoor seating so would be perfect in Summer days

Ahhhhh i loved their cookie monster! It was really good! It was a tad sweet but it's a dessert, desserts are meant to be sweet! Cookie monster I liked!!!

5 stars to Katherine who made our toddler's day by warmly offering generous samples of mango sorbet. She strangely is not into ice cream (which is fine by us lol) but she found her match in the mango sorbet! The Ang Avatar special is surprisingly good! The chunks of pandan cake were unique and very good with the matcha ice cream.

For some reason, the ice cream melted so quickly. The texture was soft and mushy, I'm not sure if they changed their ingredients or if we got the top surface of the ice cream container. For the pricing and reputation, I expected friendlier service and better taste. I will say, I love the variety of unique flavors they have.

Aside from the violently dyed ice creams i like them. I always get jasmine tea with afters flakes. The first time i came i got the donut and it was not a good combo with the ice cream. But now i just get a cup or a cone with afters flakes. The flakes are so unique i just crave those suckers sometimes. I noticed they started selling their ice creams by the pint so that was very exciting! I was able to get a little container of salty oreo which was VERY good. Cashiers are pretty helpful. Its not a sit down place inside you have to take it to go, but plenty of parking!

Ice cream looks way too artificial. Felt very uncomfortable in my guts after consumption. Not worth the hype.

Definitely my go to ice cream spot in Cerritos! The line could get busy on the weekends, sometimes wrapped around the building outside! The only downside I'd say is there is a different selection of ice cream inside vs when you place an online order, makes you feel like you missed out on other options when you online order! So I'd suggest just always going inside and waiting in the line. The inside is small, they don't have the best line control inside everyone is just kind of everywhere, but they do get thru the line fast!

"So, I bring you ice cream, after the lovin'.With a pint I just bought, yesterday." - parody of "After the Lovin'", Engelbert Humperdinck.Cash not acceptedI remember seeing Afters Ice Cream on a segment of the KTLA Morning News, promoting their sticky bun, perhaps over a decade ago. A donut with ice cream inside, I knew right away a sticky bun wouldn't be for me. Why? It would be cloyingly sweet for my taste. Shortly thereafter, a location opened up in Cerritos, after I believe their original location in Fountain Valley. Many moons later, Afters Ice Cream finally showed me what they're working with.Customers are allowed to sample to their heart's content. Popular flavors include Cookie Monster, Vietnamese Coffee & Ube. After a few minutes of sampling, Jasmine Milk Tea stood out the most.Jasmine Milk Tea-Slightly denser than soft serve, Afters' ice cream melts quickly! After a couple spoonfuls, the Jasmine Milk Tea was already melting. Being only a low 80's day in July, I can't imagine what the mess would be with taking a pint home. Anyhoo, back to the Jasmine Milk Tea. Tasting floral & earthy, just as it's namesake, the ice cream was smooth & pleasing. Nothing fancy or extra added to it, for the Jasmine Milk Tea was fine simply on it's on.Service was good. I was promptly told cash was not accepted, with a sign also at the beginning of the line for extra emphasis. There is a patio with tables to dine at. Afters Ice Cream is located on the right of Jersey Mike's, across from Mi Burrito Grill at Plaza 183.After all these years, after visiting many ice cream shops, after not visiting for so long, I can say I've experienced Afters Ice Cream. Their ice cream is good, but something to be consumed ASAP. The soft consistency makes melting an issue, so eat it as soon as you get it. $5.95/single scoop is a little pricy, but I did enjoy the Jasmine Milk Tea & look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

I love a good scoop of ice cream and especially the flavor variety at Afters. A small store with a line out the door, but service is quick. Samples are the best, especially when almost every flavor sounds so good. My most recent visit was a tough choice as each one I tasted I would definitely order. I went with the most odd combo, but yet it worked so well...Jasmine and Mint! I am use to ordering 2 flavors as 2 scoops, but they allow the smallest cup to have 2 flavors. Amazing! I was plenty satisfied and loved that option.
