I've been here several times & each time All positive and great visits. I don't know about the other reviews but to me customer service was great and they're attentive. I worked retail for 10 yrs, they do their job here.

They are very unprofessional. The girls were having full conversations while I was trying to ask questions didn’t pay attention. I will for sure never be back. It was my first and last time here the manager as rude as well.

Love my new shoes. Sizes run small. I'm usually a 7.5 to 8 and I bought a 9 here.

There is a person named Mike very rude and he didn't care to help. We asked him for a size twice and he made up a dumb excuse just not to go in the back to check for the size we needed. It was horrible service

The absolute worst customer service. I entered the store there were at least 3 ladies working and holding a fully blown personal conversation. Not once was I greeted. Then one employee was standing in the way of me walking past and didn’t even bother to move.

Aldo Cerritos has the worst customer service. I love Aldo shoes well in fact I have bought several pair of shoes from this store. I never had any issues before until I bought a pair of shoes recently which I have to return because it's kind of small for me. So they ordered online for me as an exchange and shipped it to my house. When I received the shoes the size is still small for me like the one that I returned. So I went back to the store again. The associate told me I couldn't refund it coz they already shipped the shoes to my house( as if this is my fault) she told me that I can just find another shoes to replace it. Okay fine. So I found another one but they don't have my size. So they have to order it for me and ship to my house. The associate told me that shoes will be a final sale and I won't be able to return it. Tell me is that my fault??is this how you treat your regular customers? so sad I will not comeback again or buy anything from this store. Never....

If I could give this company a 0 out of 5 I would, but I can not so ill give you a 1. Service was ok employees just stare at you when you walk in. I wanted a pair of boots that were available in the store they did not have my size exact size, I fit the ones in the store but decided to order up a size to be more comfortable. So one of the employees was kind enough to order it and have it sent to my house. They didn't fit when the arrived which is fine. So in it not fitting I tried to take the shoes back. THESE SHOES HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN BY THE WAY BRAND NEW SHOES! and I had my receipt since it was emailed to me. Before actually returning the shoes I happened to be in the mall I stopped in and asked if I could exchange/return the shoes if I had my receipt never once EVER DID AN EMPLOYEE STATE I HAD TO HAVE A SHOE BOX! I think this is something each employee should state before making a shoe sale regardless if it is written on a receipt or not. Keep in mind I have an online receipt that does not state the shoe box is needed to return. I happened to finally try to exchange the shoes not return, exchange them. I was told i could not do so because i did not have a shoe box. A CARDBOARD SHOE BOX WHICH IS SO EASILY REPLACEABLE if this company wasn't so damn cheap. I WAS DENIED AN EXCHANGE BY THE STORE MANAGER BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A SHOE BOX!!!! It sounds crazy right!!! Imagine being denied a exchange because you don't have a shoe box because the company decided to be cheap, BUT YOU HAVE THE RECIEPT AND THE SHOES WEREN'T WORN. Talk about a company who wants to keep customers happy. it's obvious you guys don't care about customer retention. There probably is no customer retention which is why you guys charge so much for cheaply made shoes. I paid $150 for plastic boots so you can see why I'm a bit upset. Your customers are what keeps you in business, they make you or break you. it's obvious you want your customers to break you. NORDSTROM would never deny a return because of the lack of having a box actually I cant think of any other supposedly high end company that would do that. Which explains why their customer retention is better. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY IN THIS STORE AGAIN! I MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND SO ON TO NEVER SPEND MONEY IN THIS STORE! UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING MONEY ON OVER PRICED CHEAPLY MADE SHOES. IM DISSAPOINTED, DISGUSTED AND ANNOYED AND I CAN TELL BY THE REVIEWS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. DO BETTER AND BE BETTER! This company needs to train there employees IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Which you guys are lacking and i know that simply because ima customer service manager! i know good service when i see it and y 'all need or you guys need to clean house and change your return policy its ridiculous. You should be embarrassed!

I love Aldo, never had a bad expirence until today. The staff here is complete b******** customer service is horrible. They talk amongst themselves talking s*** about people in the store, honestly don't know how people like this can have jobs in retail. Overall, should've looked at reviews before coming in.... This location is awful. On Saturday 10/16/21 I went to get some black shoes the experience was AWFUL. 1st I was told I could only get my receipt emailed to me. I said I get so many emails can I have a paper receipts I really don't want another email. I was told no, 2nd I ask for a bag they said we don't have bags. 3rd the employees were dressed like they were going to the club. No one was professionally dressed. I called the corporate office, someone called me back. He was of NO help!! He said we are Eco Friendly and we don't give paper receipts or bags. As for the way the employees are dress, there is no dress code I said you seem to be more concerned about being Eco Friendly that you have lost your Customer Service skills. He said nothing!!! I pointed out how Nordstrom & Macy's give bags he said nothing!! I will NOT be going here again. I will try another location if my experience is the same I will not be going back to ALDO
