A bit pushy and felt everyone was trying "help". Came in to get a new phone and talk about tv services we currently have (uverse) which we are paying too much. Promise to get bill down and mention direct tv and how they do underhang install just beneath the roof line. Never mention an install of Satellite Dish at the Roof. Only found out the day of the install with technician explaining the process. Obviously we decline since we live in Apartment Complex and isn't allowed. Now we don't have tv service because they cancel the uverse to install the Direct TV. With no solution or reschedule, I had to go to the La Habra location. To discuss what to do. Rigo and Don was really helpful. They mention streaming package Direct TV offer as a solution. Since they cancel the uverse it's either buy another uverser plan with $300plus monthly or the streaming services they offer which is less. I also found out through Rigo that the Cerritos Location also add hidden fees such as phone insurance I wasn't aware of and early upgrade on one of the phone line. Which Rigo help me cancel since I wasn't even aware they added that.
Lesson learn just be cautious in the future of people who is trying to "help" never know they can take advantage of you.
The La Habra location had greeted me right away and help me with my problem and provided a solution.

I initially went to the AT&T on South Street by Cerritos Mall because I was in the area.. they were so unhelpful and you can tell just trying to make a sale without caring for my needs. I ended up leaving and coming to the one on bloomfield. I usually only come to this one and I always have a great experience. Carlos greeted me right at the door and asked what he could help me with. I had alot of changes i wanted to make, and alot of questions on how and what i should do. Carlos was not only patient, but gave various options and you can tell me was there for my best interest. Representatives like Carlos at the bloomfield AT&T will always be the reason im a valued customer and will always be back!! Thanks again Carlos, you truly are the best!!!

The best customer service I had with AT&T store! Special mention to Horacio who helped us all the way with our wireless purchase and also RJ, the store manager ! I definitely recommend this store!

The entire staff at the Cerritos location was wonderful however Fatima was amazing!! Her customer service was a 10!!!! She was kind, patient, explained everything & was very professional!!! Great customer service like that is hard to come across!!! Thank you Fatima!!

There is nothing to improve! Carlos was great. He listened to what we needed and he delivered. He was able to provide a better plan that is less than what we were paying before. He was patient and explained things clearly. RJ was also wonderful. I had a wonderful experience overall.

Make sure whoever rings you up at this specific store or in general, make sure it's under "your account". If they don't, it's going to be an absolute headache which it was for me. I'll never set foot in this store again!

Carlos at the Bloomfield branch is very professional. I appreciate his efforts, recognizing that there was a better plan available for myself and my family, thoroughly educating me about the benefits and most importantly, saved my family money. I recently met Manny and another guy(working together, unfortunately I forgot his name) and we discussed Att products. I have never had a good experience with Att internet service before. Manny and the coworker explain me everything in details and in super professional way. They have excellent knowledge of the product they were representing. After meeting with them I changed my mind and decide to give a try one more time. Manny even offer me discount and reward. So far everything went perfectly. Manny called me several times to make sure I am satisfied with the product. Both guys were super nice, patient and very professional. Thank you guys for your professionalism and for the best customer service you provide to your customers
