I am so blessed today when I went
To AT&T store on South St and signed up for satellite TV. The staffs, Hillary & Rosie were so professional & skilled and help me set up,
among other things, a direct Tv app on my iPhone and explained how to use my tv at home. And they answered all my questions. When I got home I couldn’t figure out how to activate my TV despite the detailed information given me by Hillary & Rosie - I couldn’t find the area on my TV to connect the HDMI cable! I texted Rosie & because she was busy with other customers at the time, it was Judy Mendez who called me back to walk me through the process. But still I couldn’t figure it out and I requested Judy if she can come and
Personally help me set up. Without hesitation, Judy came and helped me a lot. Judy is extra patient and her support and assistance given me is beyond my expectations. She tried her best helping me to the fullest! I can’t thank her enough and so

You guys are really petty for selling a phone for hundreds of dollars close to a thousand and not providing a phone charger head asking an additional $40 when the same head always came with the phone in the past. I won’t be supporting AT&T in the future

I came in feeling exhausted with the process and frustrated. Any phone issues can bring anxiety. Fortunately Tamara at The Cerritos location made me feel appreciated and basically handled everything with a smile. Rain or no rain. Ty ATT for hiring right.

Tamara is Da Bomb!!Nice, patient and efficient. I was having a nightmare trying to buy a IPhone 15 Pro Max and Tamara, cut through all the issues, putting her call center counterpart to shame.Lastly, give Tamara a raise ASAP. She deserves it!!!
