Came this past Friday to take look at a 2025 RAV4 and was not expecting to walk out with one. Steven Nguyen and Salman Bickiya made the entire experience like one I never had before. Mind you I am the type of person who's at the dealership every 3-4 years. I was a little particular in what I was wanting in regard to trim levels and packages and not once did Salman pressure me into getting something I didn't want. Matter of fact they got me the exact trim, color, and features I wanted. When a deal with finally agreed on I was sent over to Alex in finance to finish everything. Alex was honestly the nicest finance person I've ever spoke to. Listens to my concerns to add-ons and he helped me pick out some that made sense. It was also a great time signing all the paperwork when usually that experience is always intimidating.
Big thanks to Steven, Salman and Alex for my big purchase and would definitely recommend AutoNation Toyota to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle. They truly made my experience a fun one! It's honestly hard to find honest people when buying a car and these guys did not disappoint!

I highly recommend Javier, Chanchinaloa, and their team, as our experience at Toyota of Cerritos was a amazing. They explained everything and were incredibly helpful. They adapted to our needs and were very patient. Our situation wasn't easy but Javier was very helpful and managed to help both my son and husband with new vehicles. I'll say it again i highly recommend you look for Javier if you want the best deals.
