Shopping Mall I bought a girl's blouse on clearance but I wanted to exchange it the next day for another one and they didn't want to, they should tell the customer that there is no exchange so as not to waste my time and money, they only know how to say that it is no longer in the system.

Came in real quick to do a return and the cashier was very friendly and helpful.They gave me a return bag since I was trying to return a Gap Factory item.

Been shopping at the gap and gap kids for at least for25 years and have never had a bad experience since today with mr big attitude RJ at the Cerritos mall… I was upset because I wasn’t able to exchange a clearance item , I wasn’t aware of the policy return on clearance items, even though been shopping for so many years I guess never return a clearance item. Never disrespected MR. RJ … he wanted me to explain why I was so rude to him when he was “nice” the whole time. I told him I was upset but not rude. Anyways I can on and on and on for ever …… I will never shop at this location and I will get a hold of corporate. This is not acceptable!!

Bought something online. It didn't fit so I tried to return it to the store. It says you can on the return instructions, I guess I should have read the fine print. Not this gap store. What an absolute pain. Good job Gap, your making it difficult to return goods that don't work? I guess I messed up in not using Amazon instead. NEVER buying from gap online again. The clerk was very nice, not her fault, just the terrible policies enacted by management.
