Came in here not expecting much, but all the staff were so kind and helpful it made me want to buy something! Especially the young man with the beanie and glasses, he was very attentive and helped me find something for my niece in the gap kids section. His positive attitude made my day a lot better, good to know there are still good people like him working in retail. Didn't see much management on the floor though.

Love gap, love the clothes, love the sales. This location is only okay tho. The store itself is big but old and the customer service was non existent during my visit. I went in yesterday, I was never greeted, I helped myself into the dressing room 2 times without ever being assisted and I was there for nearly 20 mins. I wanted to buy a pair of carpenter pants but I just bought them online instead because I was unsatisfied with the lack of customer service.

Came for the so called Veterans Day specials and they exclude Disney and star wars items. Found the same items I purchased online 50% off! Called store and was told online and store it's different. I recommend checking online before purchasing at store. Sucks that they can't have the same pricing at the store just like online when other store keep it real and honor the online price if it's cheaper on their website.

There always out of stock on baby clothes and there emails with a coupon code never works at the store apparently the emails are from gap factory so it's fouls you into thinking you can use it at the gap store because the girl at the cash register made it clear to me it's for the gap factory.

Definitely love shopping at gap especially when their workers are super nice. Eliana was one of them , she helped me out a lot. Really good customer service. Definitely coming back again , thank you Eliana for making my shopping much easier.

Horrible service! I walked in looking for some jeans. Once I was ready to try them on no one was available to get me a fitting room so I just walked in. I saw a worker and let her know I was trying them on she just said ok. Once I was done I ran into another worker a skinny girl with blond curly hair she was so rude! She sees me walking with the extra jeans that I did not want and just ignore me so I told her excuse me where should I put the extra jeans she just said leave them on a chair! So I did. I couldn't find my actual size so in was looking for them on the piles they have in the front I was struggling because they had the same ones on another section and they were mixed. Three different workers saw me struggling looking for my size and not one of them asked if I needed help. What made just walk out was the same blond girl that saw me struggling and just walks passed me and just started fixing a shirt on a hanger. Like she did it on purpose. This place either has horrible management that does not set standards for their employees on how customers should be treated or the co workers just really hate their job and need to reconsider a different career option!

Store just gives off a very "meh" vibe. Nothing really to complain about, but nothing noteworthy either. As others mention, there were quite a few sales items. Not much in terms of staff floating around to help.

I hardly shop at Gap. Today after lunch, the guy is very rude. He doesn't even smile or ask if somebody help us. Nothing! No greeting or anything. I'll understand if it was busy or something. But there's only 2 or 3 customers. He's probably having a bad day...but don't take it out on me. Not coming back to this store

5 people working but only 2 actually working. The other three are laughing, talking, and flirting. Nice. And what's up with only being able to pay on the adult side?!

Frankly, I like their children's clothing. They are simple, adorable, and (look) comfortable. They have good sales. (Today, they had 40% all regular priced merchandise and an extra 50-60% off sale merchandise!) I was in luck, and I found an amazing, thick navy blue vest with brown toggles and a hood for my darling son. It was on sale for $32.99... and with an additional percentage off, I ended up paying under $18! Yay! It was the last one, as well. It looks so expensive, too! I can't wait until he wears it! The downside to this location, the employees are not very friendly. Nor helpful. I have never been greeted. I have never been asked if I need help. I get the bare minimum when I checkout. Part of me doesn't care, though, as long as I get good deals.

Oh Gap, what happened to you? You used to be a place where I could find a cute outfit suitable for the office or a night out. Today's selection made me believe that every item in the store was meant for just lounging around the house, or working out. The quality of the clothes is still an improvement on their cheaper cousin, Old Navy, but all I could see around me were loose tees, casual sweaters, and giant shirt dresses that reminded me of old-timey nightgowns. I'm afraid if their current selection is a glimpse of what they're going to offer in the future, I should probably stick with their more expensive cousin, Banana Republic the next time I go clothes shopping.
