The worst b of a branch I've been to. Wouldn't let me withdraw money with my debit card and passport because I didn't have my cell phone on me receive a verification code. Manager was rude instead of helpful. Don't open a account here unless you want to be treated poorly and not have access to your money when you need it

They don't have restrooms for customers very inconvenient having to go to chick fil a just to use the restroom. I left to go open an account at another bank which let me use their employee restroom.

Terrible service for small business owners, actually no service apart from lip service. The tell misinformed me about a deposit being funded the next day. The put a ten day hold on the check after telling me funds would be available the the next business day. The customer service representative in the bank advised me that calling the service department would likely get me those funds nds released earlier so after 30 mins on hold I was told they can't do anything to help me. I've been a business customer with B of A for 40 years and once this check clears and I remove all funds, I will be reassessing the value of that relationship.

I recently opened up a bank account with them, thinking it would make matters better when dealing with them still a very terrible experience

I would give this bank zero stars if possible, the lines are ridiculously long and only two tellers working.

I dont normally write reviews. But I really wanted to share this experience. I used the drive up ATM machine thats located away from the building The machine ate my card. So i quickly parked and went into the branch. The person at the greeter station didn't look up at first. I said jello. The machine outside ate my card. She asked which machine I told her the one furthest out. She said oh sorry we can't access that machine. I said who can. She said a vendor. I said oh wow. What a mess I really need my card what can I do. She said call our 800 number to get a temporary card I said well I need to return a car and get gas She said take cash out if you have it. I said can't you at least look at the machine There's scotch tape on your machine Maybe it can be Removed and I can get my card. No reaction. I got very frustrated. She didn't give me a number to call or try to walk me to a teller it was such a bad I dont really care attitude. I said can't you stand up, walk me outside and pretend to look at the machine or act like you care. . She seemed irritated and got up walked out the door toward the machine and said oh yea. Nothing I can do. I said you know what I get it but I'm very frustrated i need my card. You can't call In a ticket or find out when they come to service the machine. She said no. I said you"re actually wasting my time. Can I just talk to the manager? She said I'm the branch manager . Boy was I shocked. I will never go to that branch again. Thanks for ruining my day

Maria racially profiled me and wouldn't cash my check but would not tell me why she couldnt help me. When I asked for an explanation she just told me I wasn't listening but I think it was because I'm young, black, and I walked in close to closing time. Terrible customer service. When another teller wanted to help me she told them no it was okay that I didn't need help when I absolutely did.

Today at 10 am the teller Jonnie was rolling his eyes when I said my card didn't have a PIN. He behaved like a annoyed teenager doing his job. Maybe Bank of America should send little Jonnie back to customer service training. I'm ok with waiting in long lines as long I'm met with decent customer service.

STELLA is exactly why I don't bank with Bank of America. First this incident happened yesterday December 23, 2022 around noon. I waited a day to be sure I wasn't just wound up and to be sure I could cash the check in this story without issue at another branch. After waiting in line for far too much time because there's only one teller, (the teller Maria was very nice btw), Maria needed to get approval for me to cash a check from my client. Understanding my client has banked with Bank of America for many years and knowing it basic procedures this was fine with me. Stella then took over, sat staring at a screen for a while, said nothing to me and then quickly whispered something to the teller and walked away. Maria told me Stella denied my cashing this check because there was a discrepancy with the signature on the check. WHAT?! I wanted more information but Stella was gone, behind the door to somewhere, somewhere out of my range to question. Minutes later Stella came out to the main floor where I ask to speak with her about the problem. Stella denied the moment by telling me I could wait. I said no. I'm a customer and it was rude for to walk away from me. Stella proceeded to try and delay my conversation by saying she had to speak with another client. Again, I explained I was the current customer she didn't finish with and that it was rude and is still rude. Again Stella tried to deny me. My wife then stated to Stella how through all this Stella never even attempted to apologize. Stella still tried to brush us off again and my wife called her out again saying; " and you still ignore my husband questions and still haven't apologized." Stella finally offered a deflated apology which bordered on sarcasm. I said it has no value toward the situation or lack of customer service. You're rude. And we left. FYI: I had no problem cashing the check at BofA in Hacienda Heights with supervisor review. Ridiculous and it matches the consistency of the reviews for this Cerritos branch.

How do you give a negative 5 star? Cause this place only has 1 or 2 tellers accommodating every time! Put the workers greeting at the door behind the window. You expect the only 1 to 2 tellers to accommodate 10-15 people!? My goodness.

There aren't enough words to describe the horrible experience that I had at this particular branch. If I could give a rating of 0++ that's exactly what they would receive. The customer service is quite horrible and the entire staff needs to be retrained with regard to quality customer service on how to approach the customer, as well as how to speak respectfully and professionally. I needed to have a document printed, since the secure email that B of A sent me had an error and was impossible to open. The customer service agent that I spoke to on the phone suggested that I go to the bank and request that the branch call customer service for the document to be fax/emailed for them to print out for me. Once I got off of work, I rushed to get to the bank before 5PM and managed to arrive at 4:15PM. I was told by one of the tellers that I needed to meet with one of the customer service/loan reps because only they would have access to call. It was then 4:30 PM as I walked over to get help. I noticed a Latina lady in a pink blazer working with two Indian ladies and an Asian lady seated. As I stood waiting, I noticed an Asian gentlemen who also worked for B of A and I inquired if he could assist me--he was a bit rude and said I'm doing something, you can check in with her--pointing to the lady in the pink blazer. By this time, she said ma'am how can I help you and I began to state my situation and she said, "let me get your name to check you in and someone will be with you." So I sit down to wait and time passes and it's now 4:45PM. A lady with a name tag (Stella) walks over to me a bit abrupt and states, "We're really busy and we will be closing soon, what is it that you need help with?" I was a bit in shock with that rude statement, not even a hello. However, I state my issue and her response was it would be better if you call them because like I said we're busy and it will take a while and do you know if they're still open? She then stated, I can give you our fax/phone number to give the rep over the phone. I looked at her and said, yes they are open until 6PM and they told me to come to the bank and you would help. I then asked where was the info and she said, oh I will go get it, but can you go ahead and call because like I said we're busy. At this point, I'm furious because she wasted 10 minutes of my time and didn't even have the fax/phone number. Even the security guard who observed this interaction shook her head in disbelief with how Stella spoke to me and the time she wasted. Long story short, I called customer service and an agent by the name of Kim assisted me, but she needed to speak to the bank rep for confirmation to process the request, so I had to go and find her. Mind you the entire time, my phone is on speaker and the rep can hear how I am being treated in the bank...from a rep named Maria, stating, "she's busy and you need to wait!" They didn't take their time with me to ask questions, be courteous as I observed with the other customers. I was made to feel as if they didn't have time for me and because the bank was closing as if they expected me to leave after waiting nearly 30 minutes for their assistance. Needless to say I was dissatisfied to the point, the agent on the phone apologized for what she heard in regards to their treatment that she had also filed a complaint on my behalf. Because of this, I will no longer being doing business with B of A! Please retrain this staff, otherwise if this behavior continues as I see is usual based on other reviews, this branch will lose even more customers. One should never be made to feel unimportant or rushed and that is exactly how I was made to feel.

No this has nothing to do with COVID. For years I've been coming to this bank bc I have no other means to travel further. The customer service is not the best. I have finally decided to go across the street and open a new account with Wells Fargo
