No wonder these businesses are fading away. I stopped into the store to purchase an Apple Watch and some AirPods, I stood by the Apple area for about 15 minutes and then went to ask the cashier if someone could help me. She said yeah, not a problem, and I went back to the area and stood around for another 10 minutes.I walked out of the store without purchasing anything, and it just reminded me on why these businesses are failing. It's not because of Amazon, your service is absolutely horrible, and the employees that you have working in these businesses do not care about selling product. Absolutely terrible.

I purchased some batteries from Bestbuy online for my house phones, it came in a mailing envelope and the batteries were in a small zip lock plastic bag with no receipt inside, sadly they were not the right batteries and when I tried to return them this motherfuckers at Best Buy gave me grief that they don't even look like the batteries from the picture in the purchase section of my account! Then they came up with this bullshit "you can't return batteries"! This motherfuckers gave me the wrong batteries and took my 32 dollars which is the cost of the two smaller replacement batteries and pretty much even if not said told me to fuck off! Don't buy from those fucking crooks! Go to hell

Horrible end of Dec.bought washer and dryer ,after we purchase and pay they say dryers not in stock and if we would like it shipped arriving today washer came inn on time no issues we get our wake up call dryer today is 10-15 minutes out just now another saying it's on back order.,no more purchases from this Best Buy nonsense close this store down. Wow.do not recommend this Best Buy ever guys just showed up now saying repair not delivery when we were assured delivery today. Showed proof and all .will be heading into Best Buy to cancel the orders and have them pick up the washer delivered 3 months back If I could do 1 Star I would but yelp is not letting me edit just got off phone Best Buy corporate the supervisor didn't not want to talk I was told to go the store of purchase.horrible.

Here’s one to an easy in and out on a Christmas return. After watching many TikTok clips of returns gone bad I was nervous returning an opened but unused XBox. It went well! The clerk was all smiles and she looked in the box (as expected) asked if it worked ok (expected). Then boom issued a refund to the credit card used.

I still like to visit the store and talk to some experts and ask them questions. Its nice to actually see and feel things before making a purchase. I know amazon have things cheaper but sometimes big purchase got lost or stolen. Going to the stores help keeping them remaining in business.

My boyfriend surprised me an iPad for Christmas and I'm still learning how to use it. I mainly use it for school so I decided to buy a keyboard to go with it to replace my ancient laptop. Don saved me a hassle and headache by asking which iPad I have, I was confidently going to buy the wrong one, and explained which keyboards are compatible with my iPad. He not only showed me how to set the keyboard up and use it, he also saved me over $100. He is so kind, friendly, and patient. I'm not a tech savvy AT ALL so I can't thank him enough for educating me.

This is about curbside opick up, or lack of. I've attempted to do other for my past few orders and I've always had to flag someone down or go inside even though I received my code to show the employee who is supposed to bring out my purchase. They really need to fix their system it is annoying having to wait so long outside just to find out "nothing came up in our system". Fix this $#!t.
