Buyers be Aware, they don’t explain that returns in certain items are only 7 days.
I asked the manager of the Cerritos Store and she acted like a diva. But she is far from it. Customer Service is AWFUL.

Some employees should be retrained or not work there. Today on Mother’s Day went in to shop and my baby started crying so decided to take him outside and my husband overheard the person on the register say “well thank god for that” very unprofessional we were already leaving. She’s lucky I didn’t hear that because it would’ve been a different scenario and called her out right then and there. You can work anywhere else guess other jobs in retail would’ve fired her already with that poor attitude. We’ll stick with the boxlunch at Orange and Santa Ana.

I love this store. There’s so much to choose from and you find yourself wanting to get more than what you came for. If you love collecting, anime, Disney and movies, you’re at the right place to shop and find gifts. The assortment is great and it is fun to visual shop for your next purchase. The staff is great and helpful.

Worst experience that I ever had with BoxLunch! I reached out to BoxLunch 3 weeks ago to put a complaint at this store and they never reached out to me! Never coming back to this BoxLunch ever again!

This is my favorite BoxLunch, the staff is always so nice and helpful. My last visit I was helped and greeted by Tess and Esmeralda, they had my pickup order ready for me while I was also getting a gift for a friend as well. I had Czarina Marie as my cashier and she was so nice, we talked about baulders gate 3 since I got bg3 pop funkos. Thanks for making each visit awesome you guys are awesome!

We were looking for a Charmander hat and did not see any on the shelf with the other Pokemon hats. Stephen checked in the back and found the last Charmander hat they had left. We didn't even ask him to look for it, he just took the initiative to check after he heard we were looking for it. Thanks for the great customer service!!

Had to make a return and the cashier was kinda rude and was questioning if I bought it from there or Disneyland... like what? I know where I bought the purse I had to show her where this business sells it Was very rude during the exchange and giving me her little lecture and how this will be a one time thing they do for me lol okay Definitely need better customer service training Store was stocked well
