My overall impression with the one worker there was NOT HELPFUL at all. I believe i was talking to Billy. He was pleasant UNTIL I told him about my budget and how much i'm willing to spend for the USED 2016 MAZDA cx5 i was interested in. I remember the lines he said to me when i tried to work out the price, "if you saw how much this is online, why you negotiating w me?" Are you kidding me? Am i stupid that I'm not going to try to buy the product for the lowest possible price... of course i'm going to have to negotiate. i told him that the price was on the highest range and it was NOT a good deal for me after accounting all the other things. i pointed out that the mileage was super high for the car, the model is cheaper one, etc. i told him how much cash "i was willing to pay and buy it today now." and what's fair and reasonable ... I showed him the car's value and numbers i found on Kelly's blue book and Consumer Report & why i wanted to work out the price for a BETTER deal for myself. Simply being nice, polite myself while sharing my thoughts and concerns like a normal customer, he dismissed it, basically showed unwillingness to listen - didn't event want to be nice about it at least. Not even trying to lower the number bit than the internet sales price.... fine by me i'll simply go somewhere else. but he was rude and unpleasant to talk even talk to at all. When i said the number was a lot and high for me and he was like : "that's for YOU is high, but for someone else is not." ... WTF, that was quite rude ? In my mind i was like ok good bye. I did not like this guy at all and i feel that i was way too nice for this interaction. He was not willing to figuring things out or show any effort of trying something. Thankfully i ended up buying a 2016 MAZDA cx4 touring with a more pleasant deal and experience next door at Cerritos Dodge on the same day.

Brought in our 2022 Mazda CX 30 for her first service. What a great experience. Zee Akil was top notch in explaining what our service would entail and how long it would take. Techs sent us a video of the inspection. Waiting room was clean and spacious. I will not go any where else for service on my Mazda. Thank you Zee and the service team.

Took my mx5 in for service and out was greeted by nothing but friendly and helpful staff members. Didn't really expect much from a dealership, but now I know where I'm going to for maintenance. REALLY appreciate the video overview and inspection/recommendations sent over to me. Shoutout to Temo for having answers to all my questions and for taking good care of my experience. Overall welcoming staff and good experience definitely check them out.

My husband and I recently bought new cars on Jan 31. I got a 2023 Mazda CX-50 Crossover SUV and I love it so far! It could not have been a better experience. Both Joe and Cesar were the most welcoming and helpful individuals you could ever meet. They went above and beyond, getting us set up with apps, and patient with helping us understand various features on the cars. I am an older adult so patience is always a plus, lol. I would definitely recommend coming to this location! Thank you!

We bought a certified pre-owned CX-5 here, Fabian and Alex couldn't have made it easier. They were patient, straightforward, answered all our questions and helped us get a great deal. Will absolutely return when we need a new car - highly recommend!

If I can give a negative star review i would. We recently bought a car from this dealership. A lot of unnecessary add ons were added. They will fool you by signing a paperless contract via a tablet and they will give you a usb afterwards. A bunch of sharks. Im really disappointed. Make sure to have a paper print out of your contract. These guys are up to no good

This was my second time getting a car from this dealership and had Jun help me out. First time around it was also him as well. If there is anything to ask, he is the person to go to and can help you with pretty much anything. Fast response and keeps in touch just so everything is smooth process. Always helpful!

I don't know why this place has okay reviews, they were amazing. I came in looking for a specific car and had a budget in mind. They were able to accommodate everything I asked for and checked in on me multiple times to make sure everything was working properly. And I absolutely love my new car, I got a 2023 Mazda CX-5. Would definitely recommend

Purchased a brand new CX-5 on Sunday, January 1, 2023, new year, new car! With my Mom as her primary car :) and received excellent customer service from salesman Jamiah Lindsey as well as rest of staff. We did not feel pressured into buying a car, a real smooth process from previewing car, discussing options, negotiating to completing purchase. We definitely appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you again Browning Mazda!

Do yourself a favor and ask for Alex! Professional, transparent, and he will get you exactly what you need within your budget. We didn't feel like we were being finessed or hassled. Had a great experience seriously! They even bought us lunch. Oh! Family owned and operated why not support local!

We saw an add for a 2021 Miata Club on CarGurus We confirmed the price 33,400 We called to confirm the price 33,400 We visited the dealership in the rain and validated the price in person 33,400 As we were doing the deal they said the price was going to be 38,500 because of the dealer add ons and pre installed gear for a USED car. Wasted my time and I'm a prior customer.

Ricky is awesome! He helped me and my parents buy a certified used car within a week. Super responsive, very willing to work long distance with my parents in the Bay Area. Cesar helped explain all the bells and whistles of the new vehicle when it was ready, and Daniel took care of my old car's service needs. Overall, great team :)

I'm very satisfied with the car I purchased here at Mazda. I came in not really knowing what I wanted, but Chris was very attentive and helpful. He eventually found a vehicle that appealed to me and he made the experience really smooth and overall pretty fun. They have amazing customer service they really make you feel welcomed and seem genuine to really wanting to help the customer.
