Do not under ANY circumstances use this company. I was told that they would be great for my mom, comparable to the BCBS insurance she had in PA before moving to CA. Nothing could be further from the truth. She had a stroke, and this awful company could not find her a Skilled Nursing facility within 50 miles of home, when she was released from the hospital. Turns out, many facilities will not contract with Caremore because they did not get paid...!! We had to decide to either warehouse my mom far, far away, pay out of pocket to the tune of 1400- dollars a day for a closer facility, or just take her home and get as much care as we could through any means. We chose the latter. We are all struggling. Thanks Caremore.... for absolutely NOTHING!!!!

I'm really surprised that Anthem Blue Cross works with CareMore I have type two diabetes and I'm on RYBELSUS, Jordans and I I just had my insurance changed, and Anthem Blue Cross put me with Caremore to find out that my type two diabetes medication is not covered. I find this absolutely outrageous and when I talk to my doctor, he told me that this is the worst insurance that you can get that they're extremely picky into what medication's they will provide for you they look for the cheapest alternative and they're not looking out for your overall healthanthem should dump these people now I know why they change their name. They need to change their overall policy so I recommend anybody who rates this if you are given Caremore request to have it removed.

If I could give them negative zero stars I would. I think they have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! I've been trying to resolve a reimbursement issue with them since NOVEMBER 2022 I've talked to at least 3 different supervisors who have all assured me that they would call me back within the next 3 - 4 days AND THEY DON'T. I've filed SEVERAL grievances which obviously mean NOTHING. And this reimbursement is money that they CLEARLY owe me!!! I'm going to Cerritos to pay them a visit and I'm not leaving until I have RESULTS! Piece of CRAP insurance company!

Care more is the worst medical group in southern California if you want to DIE let care more take care of you there are the cheapest group that sends a healthy person to see some of there quates that no nothing about medicine and leave you in absolutel despair I wouldn't recommend them to a dead person
