Terrible customer service. Manager does not care about his customers. The screen protector they applied that I paid 40 dollars for keeps getting air bubbles. Manager fault out tells me there's nothing they can do. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Do not buy from them. They are scammers.

We arrived when they opened and were told it would take 1 hour to repair one of the cameras on the back of my phone. We walked around for two hours and came back and were told that the repair man wasn’t in when we brought it in and that he forgot. We were then told to wait 40 minutes for the repair, came back an hour later and it still wasn’t finished. There’s severely poor communication here and they shouldn’t be telling you an estimated time for it to be finished if they’re going to “forget” you paid for their services. The spot on the camera is STILL there.

Please do not use this place to fix your phone . Paid 130 for my daughter phone and it fell apart 2 times in a month. Now they don’t want to fix it . The screen not broken it just separated from the phone . Ask for a manager and he refuse to give me any info.

Would not even give one star, camera was working before service,after service not working, asked me if I took a shower with the phone. The phone has never been near water
