Worst experience. After four hours and catching the bait and switch of the GM warranty and many questionable financial changes I reached the limit of my temper and said I'm done. I took the $6000 check I already tendered told them to tear up the contract and I walked out. Penske seems to be where they play games like other shady car dealers by switching what they promised you for something else and charges appearing that we're never agreed to so buyer beware. I'm lucky I am an attorney and was able to catch the errors despite the fatigue which set in after being there so many hours.

Can be better. From A to Z. And stop screwing people on fixing their vehicles after they bought it from here. Like my transmission that they said they fix picked it up took it out and had to return it to the same day less than an hour because the transmission kept coming out of gear and they try to get the insurance company to pay for it again and they are laughed at and had to go to Ford motor company to pay for it. AC unit turn on both units front and back were not working they said nothing was wrong with them it's a big vehicle that takes time to cool down. took it back after the one went out and then after that the front one went out and then they tried to tell me I had to pay for it after I had two insurance policies from bumper to bumper had to go in and have the finance lady come out and tell him that I shouldn't be paying nothing except the deductible times for the unit. And then that's what they found a pinhole in the front compressor area. And then I just had my transmission worked on this to have a overhauled a year ago and I found out they did not replace the magnet in the transmission belly to collect the fragments but he said it still looks good even if they tried to screw me on that but wait they did have to pay multiple deductibles every time I took it in. Just like when they're supposed to check for oil burning they marked it where they filled it up but when I checked it it was way above the line that they put down that they filled it to.
