Never returning here for vip service (first three oil changes and tire rotation) again. First of all, they don't honor appointments. Those in the drive-up line get service first. After a number of times with two cars, I believe it's because I'm not a "paying" customer. So, I went in during this holiday week and service seemed to have a skeleton crew; based on how the few service advisers were speaking in front of customers. Lou is quite curt with customers, not outright rude, just not a helpful attitude. He checked me in for my Cherokee's second oil change and tire rotation. After an hour, he called as I waited in the lounge. He told me that the wheel lock/key couldn't be found and asked me for its location. I had no idea what this was, nor why this was not required four months earlier on the last rotation. His response was, "we can't do your tire rotation today" hung up. I called my husband who told me it was in our console or glove box. He also wondered why it was requested, because it is marked "For Customer Use.'' Told Lou to check those places, he said not found, curtly. After being checked out with oil change that took almost two hours, I drove off and looked in my glove box, finding the wheel key. I believe they didn't want to do the service. Like others have mentioned, if you're a woman, it's bad service.

It is ridiculous that it takes 4-5 hours for an oil change. Appointment or not if you are there are 9 am it should not take 4.5 hours for a routine oil change. And Yes I had an appointment and it still took over 3 hours.

Walked the parking the lot looking for a new truck! No one bothered to help! I even came across a person parking car with not even a hello, is someone helping you! After 20plus min of window shopping I decided to leave. Taking my business somewhere else.

I brought my truck in for a factory recall. They gave me a free loan car and kept my truck for more than a month without doing anything on the truck. Once it was eventually fixed I got a bill for the loan car from Enterprise despite having a written confirmation from the dealer that there would be no charge for the loan car. Can’t reach anyone to help and nobody ever calls me back. I’ve left dozens of messages. They just don’t care.

I had a battery issue at the worst time, called my garage (G.E.Thomas), no battery in stock, they advised me to call Cerritos, I did, and Diane answered. She was kind, very patient (I was stressed out, and top of that, I am French and I have hearing problems), and she took my number and called me back (no excruciating hold when you have to tell the whole story again): "You can come, and ask for Tre!" I met Tre, kind, calm, good listener, and most of all, he gave me the priceless feeling that I could trust him. And he delivered : my car was delivered on time, no extra cost or bad surprise. Well, thank you guys, and I will definitely come back!

Went into the dealer knowing what we wanted with my significant other and James also known as Panda was the first to come up to us quickly! Panda went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and as soon as possible, he also made the legal stuff go smooth and work out in our favor, although it did take 5 hours waiting on our stuff to clear, he was patient and helped with any and all questions while we waited. I would say his customer service was definitely above and beyond even gave us a ride to help with our legal stuff, it felt more like a friend helping us instead of a sale or business. He followed up in every step throughout the whole process. Also had great hospitality while servicing us throughout the purchase of our new vehicle! If you're shopping for a car I recommend going to Cerritos Dodge and asking for James/Panda!

Is it really that hard to call your customers back? We DEPEND on you and your service and our cars to go to work and we don't get calls back to keep us updated. I know you will blame back orders but call back!!!!!

I purchased my vehicle there about 10 years ago. Never had a problem. Recently, my vehicle had an electrical issue. They worked on my car and charged me almost $3,000. I asked for a payment plan to be able to pay it off. They offered a finance company called sunbist who didn't really cover anything. Around $950. They then informed me that the rest needed to paid in full which was something I couldn't do. After I informed them I needed some time they asked if someone else could help me with the payment. I informed them I could do that. They wouldn't release my car until it was paid in full. Over the following weeks they gave me a time to pay for the service or their would be consequences for no payment. I asked them what would happen to my car if I couldn't pay. They responded that it would be at the directors discretion. While it is a business, I felt less like a valued customer of over 10 years and more like just a dollar sign. The message I got from them was "pay soon or there are consequences". Never going back there again.

They take your car, keep it 3 or 4 days and then. It's still not repair, you find something else wrong with it that wasn't There before. I say they do shoddy work in charge. You a fortune for nothing, you still have the same problems. Next thing you know, your engine light on. Why keep the car just to change the oil or a cam? Chef sensor makes no sense, people. They are not the best the way people pretend they are.And just about everybody works there. Is relatedYou get where I'm going with it, have a great day. And the ones that's leaving reviews for them are related to them. That's why they get these reviews saying how good they are. That's, that's why they get the reviews that they do. Because it's family and friends, that's taken their cars there. They do screwed up work in charging you money more money. Anyone else that's not family they screw their cars up

Declining Customer Service. They never called to let me know the pre-paid part for my car was in. I left 2 detailed messages & on the 3rd attempt I spoke to someone & they lost me in the phone system when transfering. Never picked up. On previous visits, they were not good abou communicating either. This is very frustrating.

It's so odd to see all these negative reviews towards the service department when my experience was nothing short of the opposite. I came in to rectify a recall issue which was immediately fixed. I also had a check engine light that was due to a faulty ABS from larger aftermarket tires. The issue was due to needing a reset and quickly remedied. I was even given a complimentary wash and discount on the service. Thanks for taking care of me Tremayne !

Never again Jack. The service department has done this twice to me, I rather drive farther to a different location than to ever go back.

I took my car to Cerritos Dodge service center for a noise near the tire area. I suspected the wheel bearing and informed the advisor. Later, they said the wheel bearing was fine, but the noise came from the cross member brackets. My warranty provider denied coverage, claiming improper lifting caused the damage. The repair cost $700+, not covered by warranty. We paid out of pocket and incurred additional expenses for a rental car. I asked for a loaner but was told there was a 25-day waitlist. I paid a $145 diagnostic fee.At pick-up, I asked if they found any other issues, but they said the car was fine except for the brackets. However, the noise persisted, so I had the front wheels checked elsewhere. They found uneven tire wear and the need for an alignment, which Dodge didn't mention. I called again and spoke with supervisor Luis, who claimed no additional issues were found and dismissed third-party diagnostics. He offered further inspection, and I agreed. Will, my service advisor, later suggested it might be the tires hitting the road, but a skilled mechanic should examine it. They provided a loaner vehicle.I called on August 14th to check the car's status and learned the hub bearing was faulty, which I initially suspected as the problem. They had already contacted the warranty provider for coverage, but didn't inform me. This was the initial issue I brought the car in for, and I feel deceived. I requested a full refund, but was given an apology and told to accept the situation. I was charged a $200 deductible, despite being told it would be waived. Instead of rectifying the situation, they offered services I didn't request to avoid refunding me. I paid $145 for an unnecessary diagnostic, $700+ for brackets that didn't fix the issue, $200 deductible, and $100 for an unnecessary rental car. Totaling $1200 for a problem covered under warranty. Jack has contacted me but refuse to make the situation right beware of the scam they are running there be very careful especially woman and people of color because in my opinion that had a portion to do with the way I was treated after the fact

They have never been top-notch when serving me! Drove down to my scheduled appointment for a door handle and was asked if I wanted it painted the color of the car. Duh. Yes, come back in 2-3 days
