Terrible service I made an appointment for a oil change only. Once I got there I was helped by Timothy Collins in which he had terrible customer service along with sarcastic remarks for no apparent reason. Tried to upsale me to a full service when I communicated that I was only here for an oil change and that I had a coupon for $95.99 oil change he said if I brought it in at the time of pick up he would honor the coupon for oil change, so I leave vehicle keys with him and I grab a rental and I go home. I receive a call stating vehicle was finished a couple hours later, I head back over to Cerritos Infiniti to pick up my vehicle when Timothy presents a bill for over $200 and something dollars. I communicate why is an oil change so expensive I don't remember paying anything more than $100 he then reply's idk maybe you had a coupon last time. I respond no I've had my car for a couple of years now and I've never paid this amount for an oil change. Then he states well you did receive a full service. I politely communicated that I was only here for an oil change I never stated I wanted a full service. He then reply's well why did you sign the paper if that's not what you wanted. I communicated can we talk to a manager about this, he walks over to the service department manager in which he seemed to be upset for being bothered. He honors me coming in only for a oil change but was very rude in his way of communicating. I simply asked can he help me understand why the bill was so high and what services did I receive he reply's "it's on your receipt" I said Timothy isn't doing a good job of explaining it to me. He reply's "you can look at your receipt" I just simply walks out of his office. I WILL NOT BE BRING ANY OF MY VEHICLES BACK TO CERRITOS INFINITI FOR ANY SERVICES

Gave this business one star only because I had to choose something. They have become the worst. Purchased my vehicle from them in August 2020 brand new. In the summer of 2023 my car started skipping abs making noises, but it's still new so I decided to take it back here because I purchased it there. Found out my engine needs to be replaced. After arguing with them and dealing with consumer affairs they said they would replace it but I needed to pay for labor, but that was 6,000. They had my car over a month and 3 times they tried to return it with the check engine light still on. Oh and they had to replace my windshield that was broken in their care. Now it's November and I went to get my oil changed and the place I went refused to change it because my engine is leaking oil. They explained I should go home and not drive it again until it's fixed as it is very dangerous. Since that day I have been calling to make an appointment (over a week) and everyone including management no longer works there and I can't reach anyone. I've left messages and called several times only to be disconnected, transferred to voicemails and not treated with any urgency. At this point I want the money I spent for labor returned because clearly the issue wasn't fixed and my car working again would be nice. I'm beyond pissed and disappointed that they have changed so drastically. Every car I've had has come from Cerritos Nissan and Infiniti and I definitely won't go back again EVER!

Fernando took care of my Nissan Sentra, he took his time to further explain what was being done to my car and helped us out with a replacement of a sun visor. He checked in on us while we were waiting to let us know how much longer the wait will be, which I appreciated so much.Thank you Fernando and the staff at Cerritos Nissan.

WARNING AVOID THS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!So far after being here for an hour here is my experience.Nearly hit an employee who darted into the street in front of me. He did not look and was very startled when I honked to alert him of my presence behind him.Arrived 10 minutes early to a 10am service appointment.Every other vehicle around me was helped including all the vehicles that arrived later.I didn't get any help until 10:15.Was told there was an Uber coming to take me home. (As of 10:55 no Uber)I am in the market for a new car so i looked around the lot but no one would help me.I've never been to a dealership that has made me feel like they absolutely do not want me here. After having the vehicle 24 hours they called to update me that they have not had anyone look at it yet and what they had told me the previous day was a lie. I begged and pleaded to get a rental car wich is in our contract but they refused as they cant give a rental car without first diagnosing the vehicle. This is a problem as my father is disabled and needs his vehicle to get around. After explaining this I was met with "well you can just ren a car from down the street."This Dealership has 20-30 people standing around at all times but I claims to be so busy they cant do a single thing to help.

I fell like Infiniti Cerritos Service Dept. And Service Technicians do a horrible job at listening to customers in regards to the reason why customers are bringing in there vehicles. This is the third time since July 27th that I had to bring my vehicle in and pay warranty fees and diagnostic fees for minor issues other than what I'm stating to them. They seems to be incompetent individuals because I've worked in Customer Service for over 10 years and I can honestly say I always try to resolve my customers concerns and listen to them rather then tell them what I think they are saying or meant that has nothing to do with the reason for them calling.I can't believe I literally paid over $1000.00 in a month in a half for them to not check my concerns and tell me what they think I'm hearing or where a particular noise is coming from not including what they are getting ready to charge me again. I also can't get proper assistance from the upper management. One particular mgr. just likes to read information off of the service request sheet instead of saying to the service rep. and or Technician hey let's check xyz for the customer which is the customers concerns to eliminate the customer from happening to come back or receiving any negative feedback.

I went in in July to trade in my VERY clean 2019 Honda Accord. Insides were still a clean pearl. No scratches. I had my eyes on a used 2020 QX60. The front bumper needed to be repaired, and whomever had it before must have pissed someone off. There were scratches everywhere. The car only had 21,000 or 22,000 miles, and it was my favorite color. Infiniti assured me that if I purchased the car that they would take it to the back and remove all scratches. Now, I know what a buff is. I know a buff is temporary. The sales manager, a very tall guy with q boyish look assured me that the scratches would not return. He told me that if they did, he would take care of it. Sure enough, they returned. And when I went to make him honor his word, he asked me. "What you going to do, give it back?" And in a very nonchalant tone. When I returned home, i received a call from a guy who is friends with the sales manager. The guy told me he would take care of the scratches for 250. That he normally charges 700, but because he's a friend of the sales manager, he would only charge me 250. The guy refused to give me an address on where he is located. He wanted me to wait all the way down until the day before he was due to fix the scratches. Then he only accepts cash. You only accept cash, AND you can't tell me where you are located? Red flag. Mess up the car even more and I'm out of luck. I declined. Here I am rolling around in a 2020 QX60 with scratches all over it. NEVER AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THAT AUTO DEALER. I emailed Priscilla Hastings, the finance manager, because she was aware of the promise made to me. Even she assured me that the scratches would not return. She did not respond to my email.

This has been the worst experience of my life! First off I’m a Cerritos native and every car I have ever purchased has been at this particular dealership. When my car began having issues, instead of taking it to Ontario which is closer, I came to Cerritos because they had availability sooner and I trusted in the fact that I would continue to receive the service I had in the years prior.I was wrong. I was told several different conflicting steps.1. I scheduled the appointment and a loaner at the time of drop off. Upon arrival they did not have the scheduled loaner.2. Due to my car being only 2,000 miles over warranty and it showing signs of engine issues, I was advised to contact consumer affairs before it being diagnosed, yet consumer affairs explained the dealership had to diagnose first before they could open a case.3. They didn’t have time to diagnose the day I went in, but would reschedule a time to bring it back in and a loaner would be available. John Meyer who is the manager passed me off to Sarcee who is a hard worker, but because John doesn’t communicate honestly, Arcee regurgitates his lies without his knowing or intention to.4. When my car was finally dropped off to them (June 18th) they diagnosed my vehicle and it needed an engine and it was explained to me that in order for consumer affairs to accept responsibility they needed proof of all oil changes. So, I went on a quest to locate all of them and began sending them. By the time I had sent all except the part 3, I was told infiniti would agree to replace my engine, but I would be responsible for labor at a cost of $5,525.00. Yes, it’s a LOT of money, but I figured after it was completed, my 2020 infiniti qx60 would be brand new again even though it was already “new” before.5. My car was being worked on from June through July and I was updated last July it would be ready soon. I explained to the technician that I was going out of town the week of July 18-25 and let me know to arrange pick up prior to that time if possible.6. That never happened and I received a call while at the airport my car was ready for pick up. I explained again I was going out of town for business and my return and they said they were scheduling for my return.7. When I got back, Arcee again compensated me to stay late due to traffic. When I arrived they didn’t want to accept my form of payment so I had to wait another day to get my car and drive back down again.8. Due to my having to attend beginning of the school year teacher conferences, I sent my mother to pick up my car and bring it to me. When we met and I got in my car after paying $5,525 to fix the issues they diagnosed everything was worse. Now, my windshield was shattered, my check engine light was on, 2 other lights AND my transmission felt as if it was slippping (as I increased in speed the rpm gauge went all the way up before shifting gears). So I contacted them, sent pictures and they arranged a tow truck to pick it up AGAIN and fix whatever was missed. Note the date this happened was August 1.9. My car was picked up AGAIN August 2, I heard nothing more until I began reaching out on Thursday 8/4 because John Meyer refused to communicate or be professional I had to text the technician I had been working with for an update. He explained John was going to call me, he didn’t. Even though Arcee was I off he got updates for me and they said they repaired my windshield and fixed whatever issues were wrong. The technician would be doing a final inspection to drop my car off Friday if everything was fine.10. Arcee and I agreed they would drop my car off at 4:30 8/4/23. At about 4:15 he reached out and said John Meyer had halted that and would send it to me by 8a because the valet service wanted to avoid Friday traffic on the 91. However this morning at 7:50, I contacted John who said Arcee was mistaken but valet left “10 mins ago”. At 9:30 he has still hadn’t arrived and I called and lost it! Finally he arrived and guess what? My check engine light is STILL ON! From June to August now, to be continued.

This location employs tactics that are manipulative by negotiating in bad faith and effectively misrepresenting prices to coerce customers to enter into predatory contract terms. I previously leased in 2019 and did not encounter the machinations of this current team. I just hung up with someone who represented himself as the Internet Sales Manager. He had the nerve to raise his voice at me and attempted to talk down to me as if I were his child. Luckily, my employer records my calls. (I will update his name later)I can accept that we cannot make a deal. What is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE is being lied to manipulated, and disrespected by this business. I will be filing complaints with Infiniti USA, the BBB, and other agencies as appropriate.

** NEW CAR SALES BAIT & SWITCH** I went into this dealership on 7/14/2023 to lease a QX60 Luxe or preferably Sensory model vehicle. I didn't get the deal I desired, though I felt we were close. I went home to Google the VIN of the vehicle indicated on the Vehicle Purchase negotiation document and discovered that the alleged vehicle price typed on the negotiation form was thousands more than MSRP to give the false impression that I was receiving a greater discount than I actually would have received.Cerritos Nissan negotiated in BAD FAITH with a long-standing lease customer. It is unconscionable for a fiance employee to misrepresent the cost of a vehicle to maximize the dealership's profit over truth in lending laws (consumer protection) in the State of California. Luckily I took photos of the Vehicle Purchase Negotiations sheet signed by the finance representative in this matter. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if Cerritos Infiniti cannot work with me to secure an amicable deal within 7 days of this post. I am providing the opportunity for this dealership to write its wrongs before I name names and post pics on Yelp as I often do. I am willing to negotiate as long as it is in good faith.

This review was long overdue. I own a 2022 Infiniti QX50. I would rate the customer service department with 5 stars, but the service department is horrible. I took my car in to replace my passenger chair. It malfunctioned in December 2022, and the part didn't come in until May 2023. My car was poorly handled. There were scratches due to poor installation, my seat belt buckle holder was installed incorrectly, and my driver side seat belt was stripped. Even though they replaced some errors that were made by their technician, I am disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere. I felt like I was robbed from enjoying my luxury car.

From the moment my husband parked on the lot, he was warmly greeted by Matt! We had our eye on one car only, which was the Qx80. We've been to other Infiniti dealerships and we are so fortunate to have Matt as our sales representative! The other sales representatives at the other dealerships had very little knowledge or had to look it up on their phones for details or sort of gave us general answers. But boy did Matt know his stuff! His presentation and attention to detail about the car was on point! He knew every Knicks and Crannies" on the vehicle. Matt was very kind, understanding, patient, and his team was able to work with our financing needs. Shout out to Moe as well who made our financing process smoothly as possible ! Thank you Cerritos Infiniti in helping us obtain our family's dream car! Looking forward to making many family trips and memories in this vehicle.
