I took my Nissan Sentra to Cerritos Nissan on July 25th 2023 for having a low psi on my rear driver tire. Dean Hubbard saw the nail right away and told me that it was in a patchable area and it would cost $35 for the service. We proceeded with the service and I waited in the service department for at least an hour which I was happy to do since I needed it fixed asap. I live in Lakewood and I travel to Tustin everyday for work. On December 16th I took my Nissan Sentra to my sister's AAMCO shop for an oil change and to have my rear driver tire inspected again because the psi was low again. I thought it was strange since the tire was patched on July 25th 2023. After further inspection it was discovered that the tire was plugged and NOT patched! My sister's technician took a photo of the plugged tire. I went straight to Cerritos Nissan and explained to them the situation. Marco Soto and I both read the original repair order number 991129 and it clearly stated that the tire was patched. Anyone who knows about cars would know the difference between a tire patch and tire plug. A TIRE PLUG IS TEMPORARY! At that point I did not want them to touch my vehicle again and wanted to leave with my refund. It was the weekend of my dad's funeral so I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated. They issued a refund and told me it would take 24-48 hours to receive. I called January 2nd 2024 to follow up on the refund I was promised and never received. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a few more days but now it's January 4th and I'm being told the refund was cancelled and a check was issued. Why?? I'm not sure!! They told me it would take another week to receive. MY PROBLEM NOW WITH NISSAN IS THAT IF I DID NOT CALL TO FOLLOW UP ON THE REFUND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE JUST BRUSHED IT UNDER THE CARPET AND HOPED I FORGOT. WHY DOES IT HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER WEEK?? MAYBE BECAUSE THE CHECK WAS NEVER ISSUED IN THE BEGINNING. I have three babies all under the age of 3. What would have happened if I was driving with them and the tire busted while driving?? I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CERRITOS NISSAN!! THESE REVIEWS WILL CONTINUE EVERY DAY UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOVLED!! AT THIS POINT IT'S ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE AND THEIR LACK OF INTEGRITY!!

Very disappointed, this past Saturday I took my Nissan for an oil change. My appointment was at 10: am. I got there at 9:30. Long story short. I got out of there at 2:30 PM. When I bought the car, I was given an IOU for a rail bars for the car. When I asked about it, they told me they had not been ordered. This is almost 2 months later after I bought the car then I asked to talk to somebody and they told me that they could not put any Roof bars on the car and that I need to get aftermarket once’s. Then I asked to speak with somebody that knew more and I talked to the sales manager and he told me he would ask somebody that just had gone out to lunch that he Didn’t know, he said he would call me in a few hours and gave me his Business card, well, I still have not heard from him or anyone. There is a lot more to this, but I just don’t have the time or the energy to put it in writing. I know for a fact, no one’s gonna give me a call, so I’ll just probably take the loss, unfortunately, I am local and this dealership is convenient for me. I am in the market for another car but I don’t think I can go back to them

What can I say? I’ve spent a lot of money at this place just off of getting my car serviced. I recently got my car serviced and was told everything looked good and would not have to get anything done for a long time lol. Well almost 3 weeks later I’m driving and my car stops. Of course I get my car towed to last place it RECENTLY had been worked on. Not only did they inform that I had to pay $231 for a diagnostic but after they did the diagnostic check they still didn’t know what the problem was and said they would have to do a small “tear down” to figure it out and that would cost me $900! I feel so played! My boyfriend told me not to take my car here and go somewhere else and I didn’t listen! My car was literally running fine! I called twice to speak with a service manager and was unsuccessful. Then I put in an inquiry to speak to one of their managers and I get a call from a sales rep trying to sale me a car instead while I’m in distress. I’m so done after this

Useless Scum. Thats the only way i can describe employees at this dealership. I made a mistake buying a car from them a few years back. Car had a recall, brought it back 3 different times and they told me they cant fix the issue unless i pay a fee...Stay away from these guys and never buy a Nissan in the first place. Wish i could give them zero stars.

Kevin Pelayo did a great job showing us a new Nissan Titan. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We ended up not buying the vehicle, but highly recommend asking for him if you are in the market for a Nissan.

Came in for a service recently, and the experience was a bit better this time. When I first went, I requested in the beginning that if they do unplug my dash cam wires, if they can plug it back once the service was completed, I was told that they would be notified, but apparently they weren't.. The reason I'm so on my dash cam is because, being in a previous accident of last year and seeing how I lost my case with (no evidence provided at the time), and given that the person from the station who created the report and botched everything, I ended up losing my case and I wasn't even at fault.. So my dash cam NOW, is what I rely on, as a precaution when I drive my car. So, it's important to me, to have my dash cam plugged back in after completion of a service, as well as a courtesy thing, because if they unplug it, I expect them to plug it back in. I was also assisted by an associate by the name of Isabel. She was very full of life, that she brings out for the company. She's very understanding, respectful, and wants customers to feel completely satisfied with their experience here at Cerritos Nissan. When I asked her about possible discounts that were available, I asked her about a discount that were on tire rotation that was going on recently. She clarified that I did qualify for one, despite being misled by a previous associate. Overall, the stars I give for this new review today will be 4, mainly because of Isabel and the service, as far as the basic oil change that I requested for.

WARNING AVOID THS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!So far after being here for an hour here is my experience.Nearly hit an employee who darted into the street in front of me. He did not look and was very startled when I honked to alert him of my presence behind him.Arrived 10 minutes early to a 10am service appointment.Every other vehicle around me was helped including all the vehicles that arrived later.I didn't get any help until 10:15.Was told there was an Uber coming to take me home. (As of 10:55 no Uber)I am in the market for a new car so i looked around the lot but no one would help me.I've never been to a dealership that has made me feel like they absolutely do not want me here.After having the vehicle 24 hours they called to update me that they have not had anyone look at it yet and what they had told me the previous day was a lie. I begged and pleaded to get a rental car wich is in our contract but they refused as they cant give a rental car without first diagnosing the vehicle. This is a problem as my father is disabled and needs his vehicle to get around. After explaining this I was met with "well you can just ren a car from down the street." This Dealership has 20-30 people standing around at all times but I claims to be so busy they cant do a single thing to help.Update, Cruz is the person I am complaining about. No I would not like to reach out to him again. You have my phone number.

I came to Cerritos Nissan desperately seeking vehicle repair, I was very anxious and nervous. From the moment I met my Service Advisor Edward he treated me with such care and assurance. I am so relieved to have had such a great experience overall with customer care and the service of my car. Thank you Edward Bravo! employees like him are rare these days.

Fernando is the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He takes his time to figure out my concerns. He called my warranty company and was able send pictures right there on the spot to get the repairs covered. Dejon Smith AKA DJ - got down to the nitty gritty, and avoided the whole "cheesy sales guy" stigma. thank you DJ for following up so promptly with every question and also the cosmetic repairs the car needed after we drove it off the lot.
