What was supposed to be a fun 2nd Year birthday for my little one turned into a nasty experience this past weekend. I took my family and faced a negative experience. 1. Waited 40 min for 3 pizzas and 2. AWFUL experience with the wings. After receiving my pizza, we waited an additional 15 min for the wings and they got the order wrong. Which sure, issues happen. But to be served 2 wrong wing flavors, then to be asked if they can pull it and give it to other customers was beyond discussing. I suggested I receive those wings as a comp considering the mishap and got told BY THE MANAGER "oh- no we want to use these for other customers that ordered this flavor". How freaking disgusting. NEVER going back considering I don't know if I'm eating other peoples orders.I'm appalled and quite honestly fear anyone eating their food. YOU DO NOT ISSUE OUT AN ORDER AND TRY TO PULL BACK TO GIVE TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! She was a manger in the kitchen, unsure on her name which I regret not getting. Posting this on Yelp as well.

The cashier was nice but the manager was a little rude. Chuck E. Cheese is not the same very expensive and some of the Machines wasn't reading the card.

Overall, it’s clean and still fun. Food prices have crept up a lot, though.

It was okay. I am definitely not a fan of the remodel/2.0 versionNo chuck and friends show, not even on the monitors.Really disappointed in the trampoline part. Was all hyped up. $10 but need to buy game time too or $20 without. Very overpriced for three tiny trampolines.I spent $91. Definitely not even close to worth it. Pizza used to be good. Now it's very bland.Their stamp in and stamp out for families is fine. Except they had two people at the register and both had customers so people were leaving without being checked. I don't like the false sense of securityParking: Parking is rather steep especially for handicap spaces

This is a pretty solid Chuck with a good variety of games and a pretty attentive staff. Machines could use better maintenance as several were broken but still accepted play points. Food is mediocre to bad as with most Chucks but it's a chain so not much of a surprise there. Adults stick with the salad bar, kids stick to the pizza and the everyone will do ok.

Visited this week Monday. Pretty empty and perfect. They updated the place with a trampoline for young kids.. they have a bunch of new games. The place was clean surprisingly. We ordered a pizza combo with cheese bread and bbq wings... the wings were horrible, over cooked and tasted hard. The pizza actually tasted better then past years, they added a little garlic to the crust.

It was shameful to me tht chuck e cheese tho we did not pay for birthday package could not acknowledge the other kids bdays as well!!! And they closed so early too, don't they understand tht people have to work during the day and tht may b the only time they have for bday parties?? It's just missing tht old fashioned hospitality of love, kindness and time for children!!!

We just had a toddler party here over the weekend. Isabella, my party host, was efficient, friendly, and organized. She has the tables set up and food order in. She added a coupon to save me money on the pizza and drinks. My child and his friends, ranging from ages 18 months to 15 years old had fun. Though it was crowded around 3-5 pm on a Saturday, there was no wait time for any of the games or rides. The kids and their parents enjoyed the pizza, wings, and dip n dots. Would recommend for parents who are thinking about a venue to have a future birthday party for kids.

45 minutes for the food to come out. No staff around except in front where we first ordered or at the private party area. Otherwise, kids had fun.

This is supposed to be a fun place to bring your children especially all the advertisements I seen about Halloween the service was horrible, there was 1 employee working the front( entrance, ticket booth and register). I had to wait 29 minutes to get in (mind you there was only 2 families in the building) because someone was redeeming in there tickets. They recently put in a trampoline which is cost $15 to enter and if you don’t pay your kids can not enter the trampoline. I was unaware you had to pay to enter the trampoline so I had already purchased 2 hours on a play card so my child was crying because he wanted to get in the trampoline. I spoke to the manager on duty and he was rude. The pizza was cold and the wings were soogy. This location has horrible customer service.

Pretty clean for a Chuck e. Cheese. Service was friendly but they were a little busy so it was slower. Overall great place for kids to play around.
