So I've been waiting for Debra W's response. I'm a "Karen watcher" and I was behind her in line. What she failed to mention, is how she removed all the tags from the clothing. ALSO she failed to mention how she called the manager a little b**** before she left. She bought all the clothing on Black Friday as well. Let's just stop and realize that this woman attacked the appearance of the girl who helped her. Gross. It's 2023, we don't do that. Karen's have no place in our society, we don't behave that way. So Debra, if you're seeing this..please learn how to act. You were wrong. Take the loss. Everyone has a job to do, and that girl was just doing what her training told her to do. Do better, be better. Your behavior and attitude was just subpar at best.

The worst location go to Irvine Spectrum instead. I went in now to return clothes I had bought my granddaughter for Christmas and get store credit so she could shop herself; I have receipts for everything. I am the only one in store as its just 10am. A heavy-set young woman with short frizzy, brownish blonde hair is standing behind the counter scrolling through her phone as I walk up. She is just ignoring me as I stand there so I say I'm here to do a return, keeps ignoring me. When another worker walks up and asks what to do she gives her instruction to do something in the back and is still scrolling her phone. Now I'm assuming she's the manager. When she decides to acknowledge me with her dismissive attitude, she says these clothes have no tags we can't return. I said they were Christmas gifts who gives gifts with tags, I have the receipts and just want store credit. She takes one receipt and is reading thru all the fine print on the back then finally says here it is we can't return without tags then goes back to scrolling on her phone as if I'm dismissed. So first off, she is not front of store, her look and attitude is horrible, she needs to be fired. Second shame on you Garage for being so sneaky putting important info like that in fine print on back of the receipt. Who reads the entire back of their receipt! I will never shop at this store again. Buyer beware as much as I love Garage, I am not into sneaky hidden policy's.

Horrible customer service. The store is run by teenage girls making the place a mess. Throughout my whole shopping trip I did not see one girl working. All of the girls were not working but rather talking amongst one another. When my friend and I were walking to find the register, one girl who's eyes looked like balloons, yelled at us screaming "THE LINE STARTS RIGHT HERE" and pointed obnoxiously while giggling. Then she rolled her balloon eyes at us. So rude. Never go to this place.

I received a gift from the law firm I work for, unfortunately, the sizing did not fit me. I walked into the store to ask what their policy for return/exchange is. Cashier Nicole took my items and got on the computer... Store manager Jaime came in to inspect items.. [no verbal communication between Nicole, Jaime and I. Few words were exchanged between Nicole and Jaime, like Nicole mentioning I got the clothes from Glendale Location, asking Jaime if she was entering the correct information-i guess training] Nicole then asked me for my name and zip code, I provided it & asked "so whats the policy?" Nicole did not answer me, waited for a transaction, and handed me a receipt to sign. I asked "is this store credit?" as I signed, Nicole then said "no all money went back to your card". Jaime stepped in as i'm sure she noticed the shocked and confused look on my face and said "because you did not have the original card in hand with you, we sent it back electronically".. WHAT? I did not ask for that? I literally asked what is the policy. Nicole commented "you should of brought clothes up front for an exchange".. MAM I had just walked into the store, wasn't even greeted.. literally no verbal communication how is this logical for you? Shouldn't it had crossed your mind to ask me HOW I wanted to return or exchange the items before confirming a transaction you did not confirm with customer!! That is YOUR JOB before starting a transaction-common sense and ive never worked in retail. I was UPSET. My gift was now given back to the store and money was returned to my boss-EMBARRASING!! I never raised my voice, I tried telling them I understood Nicoles honest mistake. Its a lesson to be learned and made an example of, but common I literally walked into the store asking a question and ended up giving up my gift because Nicole wasnt focused on her job? :( Jaime kept giving attitude like I was in the wrong & didnt analyze the situation of what was going on.. PULL UP THE CAMERAS Jaime, nicole was on her phone and she never opened her mouth to talk to me.. She offered to call customer service to "Cancel transaction" but went to the back for like 15min and came back crying... Then Nicole got sweaty eyes.. Jaime offered to call me Monday with a "solution" bro you stole my gift. unprofessional and WORST customer service. I was going to let it go if I got a call so my boss understands the honest mistake and doesnt think I was rude and just did not want the gift and gave money back on purpose.. but I never got the call-NEVER SHOPPING here.

I walked in today and I got the dirtiest looks from front desk employee. I know I’m a bit overweight but they act like they’ve never seen an overweight person before maybe I could’ve been buying a gift but even if I was looking for something for myself I didn’t even know they don’t have plus sizes, no need to give dirty looks or be rude just because someone is overweight.

Horrible customer service. Went in and granted I understand rules are rules, but make sure you enforce them at all times. I asked my boyfriend to check my pants and he came behind the changing curtain, which an employee came and said it is one per person. This would be fine HOWEVER someone right before us, a boyfriend had been going in and out of his girlfriend's changing room and even walked out with her in front of the employee the whole time. Not one peep. When I came out my boyfriend let me know she kept making rude faces to him the entire time I was in there. Then we end up going to the cash register and was helped by a different girl. I tried paying cash but she was like I need exact change, so I switched to card. I guess I needed to tell her no forget it I need to do card because she instantly seemed pissy. Handed me my clothes rudely and didn't say have a good day or thank you just walked away after. For overpriced clothing I expect decent customer service at minimum.

Disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied. Went in about a week ago to look for an outfit for a baby shower and sadly when I got home, after trying the shirt on, I had to return it. Going back was the worst experience. I had brought my receipt and was back in the store 4 days after buying it and was denied a return. I believe her name was Jamie... rudest manager I've ever spoke with. Not only was she rude to me, the way she was talking in general, to her own coworkers was discomforting to watch. Garage needs to rethink who runs the place!!! It's definitely not the same as it was a couple years ago. Also, the floor was dirty as s****

The customer service here was amazing! I'm hoping the manager of this store sees this and gives these girls praise. I placed an order online about a week and a half ago for my daughter's Christmas gifts. Today I received a UPS notification saying they went to pick up the package and in transit apparently the package was EMPTY! To say I was upset is an understatement I was beyond overwhelmed wanting to cry. Over $155 worth stolen/lost. Back and forth with ups, I was able to get ahold of garage customer service and of course everything I ordered online was sold out! So I called the second closet store this one and Emma picked up the phone she was amazing!!! I explained to her what happened and she was so sweet and wrote down all the items I bought online and searched the store inventory on the floor and back to help me find my daughters wish list: she kindly called me back to let me know most of the items I had previously ordered were in stock there! I drove down there tonight and all the items were there waiting for me! The girls there working tonight were also so sweet and showed me great customer service! I just wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping me out! That was the best customer service I have ever received, compassionate at its best because they understood my frustration and hurt over my daughters Christmas package being lost/stolen, thank you garage staff you are very appreciated and I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!

I brought my daughter to shop for clothing & she found a cute vest top. We got a discount for signing up for the store's rewards program. I found the store appealing for the trendy younger generation. A lot of 80's & 90's inspired clothing. Had I known l would've saved my clothing from that era for my daughter! Lol! Now I feel old. So as long they don't use the term vintage I'm good! Haha! The store is very well organized & the prices are fair. Plenty of staff to assist & the dressing rooms are now available. I think my daughter will have me bring her back in the near future.
