The young guy with the blondish and black hair has the WORST customer service ever. Gives you one word answers and doesn't know how to redeem rewards points nor does he seem interested in learning how. He just says I don't know how." I said GNC needs to train their employees on this type of stuff. This is my 3rd encounter with him and they've all been the same, I'll shop at the GNC at the block of orange from now on because they seem to care about the customer and they figure things out instead of saying...I don't know how. I just walked out of the store and I'll never return. 2/10/24 12:30pm.

Wow...oh...wow...I just left this store...actually, I walked out. That was the most horrible customer service experience I have ever received. The guy who is there righ now (Sunday, August 6th, 2023) needs to be retrained. He was unfriendly! He provided one-word answers and was not attentive to my needs as a customer. He acted like I was bothering him. He was cold and was disinterested and would care less if I shopped there or not. I will NEVER visit this store again. Granted, I have visited a lot of GNC and I was truly expecting the same type of help I get from other stores. Wow, that was bad. I said thank you and I just simply left.?

This store does not honor discounts as other stores do or specified on the GNC website. I bought vitamins from the other store and got a Buy One Get One 50% off discount, as specified on the GNC website. And I needed more but they did not have any more in the stock. So I went to this store location. The guy didn't want to give me the discount even though I told him that I just got it. All he talked to me was "Not from this store" So I left and will never go back to this store again.

Worse GNC I've ever been to. Indian guy just stands at the counter talking in Hindi on his Bluetooth and ignores you. Zero customer service.

I went here looking for 1 of their items I tried out While in Las Vegas. Unfortunately they didn't have flavor I wanted so I tried a new flavor. Can't say much about it other than I took one bite and it was stale. I returned to exchange, but other items and options were expired as well. Overall guy at counter was nice. Disappointed couldn't find Lean Bar peanut butter at location. 2nd Disappointment was the option I chose. Maybe next time. Thanks for the refund.

Had to look all over for Copper vitamins. GNC had it and were very helpful answering my questions about this vitamin. Will make them my health source.

My visit to GNC was such a success thanks to the incredible staff! The owners Samina and Shami maintain a beautiful, clean store and it's clear they care greatly not only for their customers but their employees as well which is so refreshing. Vinoli greeted me with a smile and took me all over the store addressing my concerns and answering my questions while also sharing her personal experience with certain products and insight on customer trends. She was very honest and I left feeling confident that my purchases will offer maximum results at the most affordable cost. Never at any point did I feel pressured, I genuinely felt that Vinoli had my best interest (and budget) at heart! I appreciate all the education she imparted on a supplement newbie like myself and I will definitely return soon to repurchase and possibly try new options. Such a warm, welcoming environment and no gimmicks! I recommend to all!

this store has a serious issue and not recommending this particular location. The owner/manager would't honor any coupon or cash voucher. I had to call the corporate office to prove I could use those vouchers at any store. The manager was still adamant to accept and the corporate agent said there would be an consequence for not accepting the voucher. VERY dishonest and a total loss of integrity. AVOID this one and go to other locations.

First off I went in one day and purchased an item that was $45 I have the man a $100 and I received my change in $1 and DIMES!!!!!!!! For a GNC is definitely has horrible management! You can’t even break a 100? That’s sad! Then they close their store when ever they want. I went in on a Sunday one hour before close and they were already closed and long gone. People get upset why the world is turning online... well this is why! We can’t rely on people to get the job done to let leave it to a machine!

came here today, the indian dude was very rude,unprofessional, and didnt even greet us as we walked in. it seems like this guy hates his job or something. no social skills at all. to top it all off the store smelled like armpits. im sure if this was a corporate GNC it would be much better. very nasty GNC. pls save your money and dont come to this GNC.
