“I went here looking for 1 of their items I tried out While in Las Vegas. Unfortunately they didn't have flavor I wanted so I tried a new flavor. Can't say much about it other than I took one bite and it was stale. I returned to exchange, but other items and options were expired as well. Overall guy at counter was nice. Disappointed couldn't find Lean Bar peanut butter at location. 2nd Disappointment was the option I chose. Maybe next time. Thanks for the refund.”

“First time visit, why hadn't I discovered this place before...now, I'm glad I did. Bell peppers 2 for $1 dollar. Red, Yellow & Green. Avocados ? 2 for $1.dollar and they got sticker (ripe) just ate one with my BLT+A (Avocados & Onions with a squirt of limes.) Limes 4 for $1 dollar. If you haven't found this place I highly recommend it.”

Of you want to clean out stubborn plaque and fecal matter there's a combination of cleansing herbs by a company called New Body that really helps get rid of all the old crud that's in your system try CKLS Which stands for: colon ..kidney ..liver ..spleen there are videos on YouTube but many health stores don't carry it and have never even heard of it. If you want it right now go to Healthway Foods in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach and get a bottle or two it's one of a few places that have it and it works ....my mother is 94 years young and swears by it.”

“We had the French toast, super spuds, side of scrabble eggs, and a bagel with cream cheese. The food was great and fresh. I loved the super spuds, like loved loved them. French toast was fantastic as well as the scrabble eggs. I really do like when a restaurant water they server taste good and their's did. With tax and everything came to less than $40.”

“My wife and I visited this store today during the COVID season. We loved it.They allow 3 people in the store at one time, but there was no one there when we came in. Really small store but they have many of the essentials! I'm a registered dietitian so I enjoy healthy foods and food stores. My healthy faves I saw today was- tempeh, Celtic sea salt, dried fruits, complete amino acid 10 grain mix, other whole grains, many tea options, some fresh fruits/veggies and more. We bought tempeh and dried mulberry. I recommend coming here and buying something for you health. You can easily walk out with a few things in hand for under $10”

The store is always well stocked, there's a speedy check out, and they're patient with you.If you're new to this and are hesitant to come to a Mother's Store, don't!! Just do it! It beats running around a regular grocery store looking for the items you qualify for. Here, they greet you, you get all your benefits within 5 minutes, plus you get a free item (whatever veggies are in stock) and the cherry on top is that they put everything in your car! “I came here to test out the EBT Fresh Fruits and Veggies program. It actually works. You basically get $60 bonus per month for fruits and vegetables bought here. About the store itself, everyone was friendly. The young woman working the register was really helpful and sweet. She explained how everything worked quickly and clearly. And she offered to help me to my car. Some of the fruits and veggies were a great price ($2.50 for a bag of avocados and $5 for a bag of six red/orange/yellow bell peppers). Some were about the same as major grocery stores. They gave me a free vegetable for spending more than $15. I picked a cabbage. I went there around 6 p.m., and parking wasn't bad. The lot is small, but there were several spaces open. I'll be back.”
