They have plenty of selection of everything. Plenty of lumber carts, etc. Thir Pro desk is open to 6 during the week.

This place was amazing. I go to Home Depot’s all across the southwest nobody ever knows anything and nobody can really help you much this place everything I needed there was somebody there to help me I needed an extensive amount of small plumbing parts and different thread sizes Abraham from plumbing is incredible. He made this happen quick and painlessly. This tells me that the manager of this store has assembled a team of all stars. Good job guys all store shouldn’t be modeled after yours.

Yo, this is a shout out to Oscar from the Electrical Department who helped me make a couple keys in Hardware. He was super cool and awesome to be around. Be definitely coming around here more often!

I been doing business with home Depot for over 12 yrs. Never have I gotten to the check out and the cashier ask to open my (new) purchases "to check to see if everything is there " 2 ceilings fans and a ext light. The Cashier"Yami" was very Rude and didn't know what she was doing. Had to ring me up twice because she didn't scan all my purchases. Never again

Its a hit and miss with customer service. Bunch of morons there but theres also a couple good ones. The paint department is cool. The old white guy in the tool section is a moron. He sat there having a 30min convo with a guy and had the nerve to tell me he was helping him. The mexican dude that cuts the keys is also another moron. I asked him i needed assistance and he never called it in. He was too busy being "Mr. Playboy" with the girls. Haha. Little does he know he has no game. Bottom line is they almost got slapped around. They're lucky im not a dumb kid anymore.

This home depot is more helpful than some I'm been in. Once I find someone they actually help me. I was looking the the correct size caps and the employee took it out the package to make sure I had the right size and I did not. He walked to the area to get the proper help I needed and check to make sure I didn't need anything. I was pleased with the assistance I received. I do not remember his name but I do remember his face. I was glad to see people still have customer service.

I was just at the Cerritos store and made a large purchase for a project. We were directed to the customer service desk where we were waited on by Monica who turned out to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed. My handy man ‘s first lengua e is Spanish. Monica is bilingual and that was just the Cherry on the cake. She made it look easy. Thank you Monica !

The truth is that the cashiers have very good service but the workers only serve you quickly. The other day I waited more than 1 hour for them to charge me a sand. I really don't recommend it.
