I don't shop here very often but I had a need to go today the store was very clean not very crowded the staff was outstanding I asked 3 different people to assist me and they all they all walked me right to what I needed and it and assisted me as best they could

Been in a Kohl's once before. It reminds me of the old Mervyn's store, but more expensive. Anyway I found out that Amazon has a return center there. It is located strategically in the very back of the store. So you end up browsing or shopping on your way out. Brilliant way to bring new customers in.

I'm really unhappy with the stores decision to take out their fine jewelry department so that they can move in Sephora. This has always been a favorite stop for me. Time to find a Kohls with a fine jewelry department somewhere else.

Visit was super easy. Kohl's take returns for Amazon orders. Signs were in place to direct you to the Amazon return station. The fellow was super friendly. This is great store with great employees.

As always I go to Kohl's to return my Amazon purchases when I have to and every time super nice people really helpful and today I decided to use my 25% off and I bought a shirt, and some boxers briefs
